19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We engaged Century 21 to sell a leasehold flat in Pimlico. There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.
17th May 2024 (1 year ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.

They are incredibly polite and consistently quick to respond to emails and correspondence. Easily the best agency experience I’ve had to date.- 3rd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)My experience of Barnard Marcus sales working with Yvette White was that she is proactive and faster than other estate agents in getting your paperwork ready and your property on the market. From start to finish, she gets things done. She kept the sale moving at every stage and did not let delays stall progress. When issues came up, she addressed them quickly and pushed for clear outcomes. She coordinated closely with the solicitors and both parties, ensuring communication stayed focused and completion stayed on track. Her persistence and drive made the process smoother and less stressful. If you want an agent who takes action and delivers results, I would highly recommend her.
18th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)Great estate agents , Always sorted any little problems out as soon as possible can’t fault them for the way they conduct themselves and run the business . But only negatives and why it’s not 5 starts Is because they deducted £100 from me for the £200 deep clean, which I spent hours on end and spent about £30 on cleaning equipment getting the place nearly spotless so not sure why they paid £200 for a deep clean when there was only about 30 mins worth of cleaning to be done there was abit of dust on top of a door and extractor fan needed cleaning, I’m sure they could have got someone just to go clean them things instead of paying for deep clean . But it is what it is ,most estate agents do that these days probably so they can show the new tenants it got deep cleaned by professionals ,just seems abit harsh on tenants who leave it in good nick because what’s the point spending all the hours I did leaving it clean if going to get billed for deep clean anyway ? . I agreed to the deduction as overall they’ve been good agents so I don’t want to dispute over £100 and then have to wait ages for deposit .<br>My flat was down an alley way and the restaurants and bin men would leave it a right mess , when I asked John at the start if someone could clean it he said it’s not their problem that bit as don’t own the pathway . I get it’s not there problem as they don’t own the alley way but you’d think if you had flats there you would pay someone to go every 2 weeeks or so to tidy up . So I had to tidy it up a few times myself which I didn’t want to do but had no choice .<br>The flat was excellent and the cheapest on the market for that size imo but the alley way definitely ruined it because it was embarrassing sometimes to get friends around walking through loads of rubbish to get to flat

I first met Jess when she helped resolve an issue at a rental property above mine, and her professionalism left a lasting impression. So, when it came time to sell my flat, there was no question who I’d call. Jess handled what turned out to be a complex sale with remarkable patience, skill, and good humour. She was always available with sound advice and practical solutions, guiding the process smoothly from start to finish. Most of us will only go through a few property sales in our lives, I'd suggest you make sure yours are with someone like Jess.

12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

When we first met, he promised he would find a buyer for my property — a former council home — and he delivered. I moved to Oaks after my previous agent failed to secure a single viewing in six weeks. Oaks arranged viewings every week. Communication was excellent throughout. They set up a WhatsApp group with me and my partner, which made everything quick, clear, and professional. The team also worked incredibly hard to ensure the sale progressed smoothly right to the end, making sure no communication was missed between the legal teams and that everything stayed on track. I would highly recommend Oaks Tulse Hill.
