When we decided to sell the property Karen, Jane and the rest of the team marketed it very effectively and we got plenty of viewings. We really valued their advice throughout, which was always straight-forward, honest and transparent. A lovely bunch of people who we would highly recommend for both renting and selling.
8th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

We have bought two properties with them (so far) and from Luke's friendly and knowledgeable professionalism on the viewings to Kelly's expertise and detailed communication, this is the team you want in your corner when securing an investment! We do hope to work more closely with their lettings team too, but so far they have proved more elusive!

From our first contact with Greg through to viewings etc Lucy and Will have always been most helpful. We would like to make a special mention for Katie Walters who has gone out of her way to do whatever she can to speed up the selling process in order for us, hopefully, to purchase our next property.

Adelaide and her team are friendly, enthusiastic, and thoroughly professional, making the whole experience both enjoyable and stress-free. Sovereign Harbour itself is a beautiful location, with its stunning marina setting, yet it feels more like a friendly village. It’s also conveniently close to both the town centre and the beach, offering the best of both worlds

We recently used them for both sale and purchase of property. Eastbourne branch were very good, from day one when Liam came to view our property and discuss our sale, through to updates all the way til completion. Our property sold extremely quickly, which we believe was partly down to Liams advice with regards to how to market the property and at what price point was relevant for the current market. We also purchased our new property from YOUR MOVE but with Polegate branch. Again, we couldn’t have been happier with the all round service given. From our experience of both Eastbourne and Polegate branches, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend anyone looking for house sale/purchase to try and deal with YOUR MOVE estate agents.

25th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)I highly recommend Cubitt & West, Peacehaven who actively worked on my behalf to successfully sell my house in February 2026. Ben and Blaze carried out most of the viewings - They were professional and always followed through with seeking post-viewing feedback. The absolute STAR of the show was Shirley, who worked proactively to pull in potential buyers and who, metaphorically held my hand from the very first meeting to successful completion. Her upbeat energy and confidence around finding the ‘right’ buyer for me was reassuring, and empathic - it really helped me navigate the lows as well as the highs of the selling experience. She was always available to me, promptly returning my emails and telephone calls and really went the extra mile to get the sale done up right up to completion. She was even happy to assist me post sale, when I discovered I had left a few small items in the madness of the moving day. - she contacted the buyers on my behalf and facilitated and stored the items at the Cubitt & West office until I was able to pick them up. Shirley is absolutely brilliant in her role and, when required, goes the extra extra extra mile! Sometimes it is said that estate agents generates easy money for very little work - This was not my experience at all, every penny was earned and was excellent value for money, thank you!!

Selling my house hasn’t been the easiest journey, with a few difficult and uncertain times along the way and a few tears, but the team were always there to guide me, reassure me and keep everything moving forward and never gave up. Their communication has been excellent throughout, and they’ve always gone above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and informed. Hayley, Ross and Joe have been patient, understanding and incredibly hardworking from start to finish, and I truly appreciate everything they’ve done to help me finally reach this milestone. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell – a fantastic team who genuinely care about their clients. Thank you all so much again from the bottom of my heart. They handled all of the viewings and photos professionally whilst providing expert advice throughout. It can be difficult to deal with Shared Ownership properties, but Caroline & team made the sale as smooth as we could have hoped for. Thanks for all your help.
