16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Such an easy, smooth process when I was looking for a flat, everyone was so friendly and helpful, they called me back when they said they would, they confirmed all the appointments were still going ahead, they explained everything in a very clear way and kept me updated at each step. In what could have been an incredibly stressful process, they made it very easy for me. I primarily dealt with Emily, who was so personable and made me feel very at ease, keeping me up to date at every step. The industry needs more people like Emily and the team at Home & Castle.

Brices were always quick to address any issues, always responded to emails and calls and acted fairly and professionally as an intermediate between myself and the landlord. Communication has been excellent from start to finish, and he has been very easy to deal with at every stage. It’s been a genuine pleasure working with him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided as well as the wider team, including Megan and Rupert. 30th May 2025 (1 year ago)Property in Hastings was an estate sale, rendered challenging by the fact that I live five hours’ drive away. However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

He always goes above and beyond to ensure clear communication and is able to deal with and understand complexities. In my opinion, there is no better estate agent in Brighton. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared. I never felt like just another client or another property on their books. They took the time to understand my circumstances, offered honest advice and support, and worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome.<br><br>Selling a property can be stressful and overwhelming, but they made everything feel so much easier. Their communication and support was exceptional – Zak and Eloise were always available to answer my questions and queries, offer support and kept me updated throughout the entire process.<br><br>Their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were outstanding, but it was their kindness and ability to go above and beyond that made the biggest difference. 22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Richard provides an outstanding service which I would thoroughly recommend. He has provided complete transparency, along with detailed knowledge drawing on his obvious extensive experience. He has ensured that he worked with me to achieve the best value for the property, and succeeded! It took around 8 weeks for the property to go on sale until sold. This actually on the lower end of the typical selling time for the area, so another point of success. I have been continuously updated throughout the entire process, and also responds very promptly to any emails I have sent. I also want to mention that for the services provided (photos and advertising etc), that the fee is a very fair price, and good value.

19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)G whizz.<br>Well, I will try to be concise because it would be very easy to write heaps about how amazingly communicative, informative and supportive Georgia was through this process.<br>When someone is generally just an awesome person, coupled with being fab at the job, what could be stressful process ends up being super chilled and that was our experience. I can not speak or recommend Georgia and guys at n24 highly enough. Absolutely awesome start to finish. Thank you guys. Never change.
