Throughout the process of the sale I was updated regularly on the progress and I felt I could ask questions and get honest answers. I couldn’t of asked for better service. From the very start this company were very professional in their approach , offering advise not only on the selling price but also on how to present the property photographically. All members of their team were happy to answer any question we raised thereby ensuring the subsequent sale went through smoothly. 13th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Stupidly agreed to a free valuation with no pressure however after deciding we wouldn’t be selling for a while and telling them that, I’ve had call after call from both the Crawley office and another local office. I emailed them to ask that my details be removed from their systems which was acknowledged however the calls continued. I answered one of the calls and again explained I’m not moving and to remove me from their list. They apologised and said they would update their records…..still calls! I got a call yesterday again asking if I wanted an updated valuation. I declined. Yet I’ve been called again today. I will be blocking them if I get called again as it’s bordering harassment now. It’s actually off putting and now, even if I did decide to put my house on the market, it wouldn’t be with fox and sons.

A big shoutout to Calum who answered all my questions whilst being nothing less than kind and patient. He and the whole team kept me well informed throughout the whole process. Fox and Sons Bexhill are a mega team that carry out their work in a professional but personable level, and who I can highly recommend.

My purchase wasn’t the most straightforward (through no fault of theirs), but Ebba, Angela and the rest of the team were consistently supportive and responsive throughout. I couldn’t have asked for more from an estate agent.

We are so happy with Ally and that she gave us a chance and even called us back 2 months after the actual viewing. At first landlord decided to go with another tenant before us but apparently tenant changed his mind and we did get it thanks to Ally! We’re really impressed professional they were always answered the phone fast,called back and answered any questions etc. It’s the first time i’m saying this but I recommend this agency. Thanks guys. I moved my property to Luff & Co after terrible service at a competitor where I fell for the normal con of them indicator a higher sales price to market at. This competitors feedback was none existent where as Luff & Co kept me informed of every viewing before and after. They also advised on house dressing when the market slowed significantly. All in all a thoroughly professional service.

After the purchase Daisy and Kelly have continued to support with my questions and concerns around those things that you find out only when you get the keys. I've felt supported through the process and after completion. I'm so grateful for the support of such a great team. Highly recommended.
