Working with John Alan, we got clear-eyed valuation, proactive updates, suggested solutions, and all with a friendly and reliable service. We are beyond grateful to John and Dee for their commitment to our sale and highly recommend them, they are a cut above all other local estate agents. If you are selling in South East London John Alan should be your first choice.

14th May 2024 (2 years ago)Have been renting with Andrew and Gerard for 3 + years in Hendon and I’m surprised to see this reviews. It’s nothing like this. They are very respectful and trustworthy answer quickly on ??watsap - always send someone to fix things we need. I have recommended his agency to my brother who rents with him for the last 2 years and also my husband’s partner. We have Nothing to complain.

6th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Charlie and Andy managed the process well. They communicated often and we knew what was going on throughout the process. They provided helpful advice and were really knowledgeable. I was initially reluctant to use any estate agent but they really were worthwhile and saved us from the worst of stresses when our first buyer pulled out (for personal reasons). I would recommend.

27th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)Mr Tony Bunce was helpful with his advice on selling my parents home. From the 6 Estate Agents I met with he was by the far the most knowegable regarding the market conditions in the Area. His assessment was good and we now look forward to completion of the Sale process.

21st Feb 2024 (2 years ago)WARNING WARNING Avoid this company like the plague, they said there was a leak coming from my flat, which they manage. I let two men in my flat for 5 days 46 hours they ruined the floor/ kitchen bathroom. Couldn’t find the source of the leak and didnt repair. I believe they are dishonest and untrustworthy and deliberately tell lies to isolate any tenant who challenges their dishonesty

I have several properties and will not hesitate to have the services of zen homes in future. On this occasion Naveed and Ellie were the agents who worked endlessly during my absence ; whilst I was on holiday.
