Donna was great, she was very cooperative, professional and understanding, especially when my partner and I had to postpone the agreed move in date by a week due to personal circumstances. Donna sees the value in having a good tenant, and that can be a rare quality amongst estate agents. I gave one star less because the flat was not cleaned properly and some things need fixing, but that's with the Hindwoods repairs team, not Donna - she did her part great!

I’ve been very impressed with Natalie’s selling ability when she was showcasing our flat at the very beginning, very knowledgeable, confident and entertaining which I very much enjoyed during the viewing! Both Natalie Stephens and Pippa Hare helped us a lot with all paperwork and administrative processes, updating and guiding us through every step of the way until completion. I wholeheartedly appreciate everything that they've done for us! THANK YOU! Totally recommend!

8th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had Redac Strattons as my Property Manager for many years, and overall it was a genuine pleasure to work with them, although, towards ther end of the agreement, certains attitudes did disapoint me.<br><br>However, I could always count on Takumi, a kind person and an outstanding Property Mangament Professional.<br><br>I could also always rely on Yerko, who was responsible for the Accounts. Patient, knowledgeable and competent he always took the time to address the many questions I might have had.<br><br>Being able to depend on people like them was extremely important to me, particularly as I live overseas.<br><br>A very Special mention must go to Stephen Price, Associate Director at REDAC STRATTONS.<br><br>He has my utmost adimiration.<br><br>What an exceptional professional!<br><br>Of course, he is higlhly competent, but most important, he always made me feel that I had his full attention and that he was genuinely available whenever needed.<br><br>He listens carefully and thoughtfully, a quality that becomes increasingly rare.<br><br>He is remarkably kind, considerate and courteous, and possesses that rare combination of professionalism and humanity that leaves a lasting impression.<br><br>M. I have several properties and will not hesitate to have the services of zen homes in future. On this occasion Naveed and Ellie were the agents who worked endlessly during my absence ; whilst I was on holiday.

28th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)This property agency is the worst one I have ever seen. They stole our £1300 deposit for showing some fake excuses. Not only that, they forced us to pay for that month’s rent also when we left whereas we stayed that property for only 10days of the whole month. They are thieves and utterly fraud special. When I called them for my deposit money they told me a big lie which was unbelievable and unacceptable. All the staffs are in the same family and that’s why they can scam people very easily. I heard lot of bad things about them but didn’t pay attention. Because I had been living there almost 15years with my husband and 4 children but never put them in trouble. We could have gone for complain about the broken house what we found at the beginning. But we accepted every single odds of their poor service. But at the end they showed their dirty faces to us. They are just thieves in one word. So don’t go to them otherwise you’ll also cry for your loss like me .???????????????????????????? Tanzira.
