1st Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Wow what can I say I had rented for many years but this company is definitely 5Stars. Very friendly and will go out off there way to resolve any issues I had. The phone alway gets answered and any questions I have always get done. I also recommend my friend to this company and she is still thanking me. Amazing thank you for all your hard work.
5th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)The lift in our building has been out of service since mid-January - it is now May, over 3.5 months later. I live on the top floor. In that time, I have called and messaged the management agent roughly once a month. The responses have consistently been either “it will take another few months” or “we don’t know.” As of last week, they told me the contractor has only just begun ordering parts - with no estimated repair date. At no point has there been proactive communication to tenants. Every update I received, I had to chase. For what should be a standard building repair, the lack of urgency and transparency has been really poor. It’s worth noting that a lift outage of this length isn’t just an inconvenience - for elderly or disabled residents, it can be genuinely serious. That alone should warrant more urgency than has been shown here. Three and a half months without a working lift (and still no answer) is not acceptable property management.

23rd Sep 2019 (6 years ago)Harry helped us sell above our expected sales expectation and kept us updated during the listings. Was a pleasure to list with them and worth the slightly higher listing commission than some other cheaper agents that may not have had the same results. Will use again.
15th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Lords Estates came highly recommended to me by a number of people who have bought and sold property via Lords, so I didn't hesitate to sell through them. I was so grateful for the personal touch they offer, keeping me informed all the way and having my best interests at heart. They made sure that I was happy with proceedings at every stage, only giving me advice when I asked. After the sale went live, I was bombarded with letters from other Estate Agents, which only confirmed to me even more that I had made the right choice! It seems that even Solicitors are impressed by the dedication and care which Lords Estate offer their clients, which speaks volumes in their favour. I was also pleasantly surprised at the fee they charge, especially considering all the work they've done on my behalf. I have already recommended them further and can only wish the company further success!

The fake reviews use the same expressions to describe Letzone and are a complete fabrication. I’d recommend they remove these posts also and not to mislead people any further.

9th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We had a really positive experience with Tatsuya, who was incredibly kind, caring and attentive throughout the process of renting our new flat.<br><br>When we first viewed the property, it unfortunately wasn’t in the best condition, as the previous tenants had not left it particularly well. Tatsuya was very reassuring from the beginning and took the time to follow up with us, making sure we knew that improvements would be made before our move-in.<br><br>The property was certainly in a much better condition when we moved in. The carpets had been professionally cleaned and a number of things had been redone at the property. While the cleanliness wasn’t absolutely perfect and we still had to spend quite a bit of time removing some of the grease and oil left behind by the previous tenants, we really appreciated the effort that had been made.<br><br>I appreciate that some of these things may be considered the bare minimum when moving into a rental property. However, having lived in London for the past 13 years and having rented several properties, I can honestly say that I have never experienced an estate agent who followed up so closely and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were happy and comfortable in our new home.<br><br>Tatsuya’s communication, reassurance and willingness to help really stood out to us, and we are very grateful for the care he showed throughout the process. It made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier.<br><br>Thank you, Tatsuya, for going the extra mile!

14th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)The most shocking thing they did was entering my flat 3 times without a previouse arrangement or any notice. The last time when I broke the lease with them was when I woke up with a man in my flat! . The repairs took so many emails and phone calls to be done. When I left the home they charged me 300 pounds for light bulbs that was not working when I moved in. I had to rise a legal compliant to get my money back and I got it back! It’s a nightmare to be a tenant with them
