6th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Dauntons are brilliant property managers - I am easy to please after an appalling 2 years with a management company who refused to carry out any work at all but moving to dauntons was the best thing I’ve done. They are quick to help with any issues and require minimal input from building owners and tenants and I think their prices are competitive. I truly don’t have a bad word to say about them.

This was a particularly long sales process but Hayley made sure the seller was on side at all times and all queries were answered as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Jo Webster for their friendly and efficient service.

25th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Flat wasn't clean on move - in date. Hairs in the sink, used cotton buds on the floor, and someone's filthy bed sheets still on a bed. Total disregard for tenants as we were told this is rentable condition. Bedroom 2: broken bed slats with another filthy mattress on top is in rentable condition according to the management at everstar properties. We were told the flat would be fully painted and someone just came around with a paint brush to touch up some marks. A totally unacceptable rental experience. We now have to wait a week for beds promised to be delivered on the move - in date of 03/12. No offer of compensation given for the inconvenience and broken promises. Not even an apology. We were treated as if we were stupid. No one should have to live in filth

7th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Harper Jayne Homes were the life savers! We were impressed how easy and fast they found a tenant. What is more, they also manage our apartment already for 6 months and we didn’t have any issues at all (knock on the wood). This is such a relief for an overseas landlords. I can highly recommen them, especially the agent Kieron!

They were attentive and very professional, answering questions promptly, with exceptional level of care and attention to detail. The communication with Joe was excellent—we felt we were always kept in the loop, which made the experience less stressful than what we anticipated. But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
