I am immensely grateful to them for the diligence they have demonstrated in finding the right and reliable tenants and the way they handled the sale. Huge thanks to Jonathan, Jeremy, Ian, Deborah, both Emmas and Amanda, for their support throughout the years and to Jonathan particularly for all the hard work and support during the sale process.
14th Sep 2019 (6 years ago)This estate agent doesn't discriminate or judge you, or will I say they seem to have good landlords? I believe they are just fantastic people . They are honest, very prompt to fixing things, they are very polite especially (Katie). I was with them for over 7 years and never had any regrets. God bless you all. Shalom

14th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)Always great welcoming , friendly staffs , trustworthy people, they go above and beyond to help you to get what you’re looking for. Reasonable properties in good conditions. If there is any issues they will look into it and give you their best support. Have rented all my properties only with Select in the past 15 years. Thank you Guys for making me feel happy to rent out your available properties.

16th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Cannot recommend highly enough. To say Michael went above and beyond with what proved to be a more difficult sale would be an understatement. A consummate professional from start to finish he made the experience of selling our property as painless as possible in the circumstances and his communications were excellent. Would not hesitate to use again.
27th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)I generally had a good experience with this agency. Solving problems and making inquiries were always smooth. However, one of their agents (Ebony) brought a potential new tenant to visit my flat without my permission, when I was on holidays. I did not appreciate that and she never apologised, just ignored my emails.... I contacted Edward who apologised later. I have also explicitly asked to keep my letters during the transition period but never got any information about them, even knowing that some letters have arrived (got simultaneously by email). This was not nice given that I kept returning all letters for the previous tenant for a year when I moved in.
11th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)ended up going to court for repossession which was granted . Now trying to liquidate company to avoid paying my legal costs
9th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)The worst estate agent in Northwood. Don't even bother with them. Unprofessional. The only time you hear from the owner is when she hears some gossip and then think it's ok to call you up like your a school kid and have a go at you. Very poor care or respect to tenants. Go at your own risk to this shoddy business!!!!
25th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Me and my flatmate had the worst experience with one of marble properties agents- Shabs. Both of us needed to follow up with him relentlessly to get anything he’d request/demand over the phone in writing. Often, he’d forget what he’d told us previously/ use the fact he communicated primarily through phone call to disregard what he’d told us, creating a lot of unnecessary confusion and anxiety. One of the most unprofessional and immature people I’ve ever interacted with.
9th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Seems to now be permanently closed as this is the second time I've got off the train at New Malden in the afternoon and found it shut. No details in the window to say when it will reopen yet stock still on the shelves? Now seems to be open again . Probably best to check before setting off if you intend to shop there these days

My all entire families & friends are very impressed about TPM services and we all personally highly recommend to do your all business with TPM only which has been established for many years. ????????

More recently, Mark helped secure a mortgage adviser to help my partner and I buy a home in North Yorkshire. Mark is always open to sharing his industry expertise and has guided me through processes such as leasehold extension and has always kept me updated with the London rental and sales markets. I have come to view Mark as an excellent wealth manager whose services and knowledge I greatly appreciate. Thanks a million!
6th Feb 2026 (22 weeks ago)Went to view the property, and then all of a sudden, the agent will not respond or communicate with you. Be careful when looking for an agent; Reading the comments and reviews here, this agent seems to have a pattern.

He knows his subject, he knows his clients and even the bumpiest road becomes a smooth newly laid cycle path with his guidance. He did an excellent job and was always on hand when you needed him night or day. No regrets. Warren all the way.

19th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)The staff at Douglas Allen are lovely, but sadly, I didn't have one viewing. I do feel that after they advertised on line, they just waited for the phone to ring. Having said that, it is currently a difficult market. Perhaps my valuation exceeded customers expectations??? But on the grounds of the company being very approachable and friendly, I would recommend them.

27th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)Naz has been amazing. We found ourselves being evicted by our landlord as he wanted to sell his property, I am 9 months pregnant. Naz made sure that we were in the property and that everything was sped up, so that the transition was smooth and that I was comfortable ready to give birth. I cannot thank her enough for doing this for us so quickly. Normal businesses close at 5pm, She was still texting us at 9pm to make sure that we were happy. Amazing service from an honest family business x
