2nd Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Enquired 3/11/25 about a rental property at Albany Ct., Bromley Rd., Shortlands that had caught my eye on Rightmove. Instead of being able to speak directly to a human being at their office I was sent an online form via SMS to complete(!). So I duly filled in the form and submitted, fully expecting somebody to have the courtesy to respond. Nobody ever did. Chased it up via a ‘phone call their Southborough Lane, Bromley office 9 days later where I left my details and nature of enquiry to be passed on. Again, nobody ever got back to me. Just the other week I noticed that the property has since been let. Questionable customer ethos and strikes me as a strange way to run a business if they are going to simply ignore prospective tenants?
12th Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Excellent quality and reliable service. The manager( sanjeev bansal) is really awsome. We found a good house from him after searching around 20 agencies around for a month. All set for now and we are good to move in today! Thankyou so much sanjeev for your great help!????
12th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Not happy at ALL , SAVILLS ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT SELLING A VALUABLE ASSET AT ANY PRICE TO GUARANTEE A COMMISSION . THIS SEEMS COMMON TO MOST SALARIED AGENTS IN 2023, CONSTANTLY CITING NEGATIVE MARKET CONDITIONS INSTEAD OF WORKING HARDER FOR THEIR CLIENTS .

Incredibly supportive, consistently responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free with their professionalism and personal touch. It’s rare to find a team this reliable — I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I’d recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

25th Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)The most unprofessional Estate agents ever. My son purchased a property through these people ( well so he thought) he had his offer accepted which was the highest, he gave his solicitor details,had his mortgage ready, all was fine ( so we thought) We met the executors of the previous owner and was told it had been sold to an equity company at a much lower price. She explained that my son's offer was never shared with her and that she would have accepted it. It is disgusting the way that Julia has treated my son, and strung him along. Best advice is for no one to deal with this unprofessional set up, although I have noticed not many people in Balham sell through them. It only seems to be garages or Du cane court. I will be contacting the estate agents ombudsman about this situation 1st thing. Do not waste time with this outfit. There are some fantastic friendly professional agents in Balham and Tooting Bec. I am shocked that there are still some questionable agents around.

I think the flat being valued at £300,000 was too ambitious, it sold for £159,000. Dexters were pleasant and helpful throughout.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

Ray and Goisha were especially helpful and kind throughout my time here. I’m genuinely sad to be leaving and changing houses, as I felt very comfortable. I truly appreciate everything they’ve done.

I've had aweful experiences in the past with letting agencies, and was quite surprise how understanding and helpful they are. Big shoutout to Amrit! I highly recommend them if you looking for a place to rent or are a landlord!

A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by how he handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage. Holly even offered to be a helping had when I was going through PND and that’s speaks volumes. They always look out for their clients well being. If i was to remain within London, I would not have parted with their services. They are the best

What began as a search in St John’s Wood eventually led us to Kensington and Chelsea and throughout the entire journey, he was never pushy, always respectful of our pace, and consistently focused on helping us find the right home rather than just closing a deal. His network proved invaluable, and his calm guidance was instrumental during the negotiations that led to the purchase of our home. Cody is a pleasure to spend time with, easy going and good-humoured. We were able to share many laughs, making what is often a stressful process much more fun.
