11th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)From the beginning I was contacted along the way to inform me of how things were going , the valuation I thought was low so requested a price for selling be slightly higher , this would also allow for people that offer below price .

Ben Baker was excellent from first meeting through to eventual Completion - polite, reliable and efficient, as also were Ceri and his support team. Moving after 34 years was always going to be challenging, but Hamptons made the whole process much easier for us. We are glad we chose them.- 13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I would thoroughly recommend Hamptons if you are thinking of selling your home. We have just exchanged contracts on a sale and a purchase with their help. The whole team were very professional throughout. We mainly dealt with Davina and Jon. Davina for the purchase of our new home. Davina was very patient and not at all pushy. She really understood our needs which really helped. Jon was more involved with the negotiation, both selling and buying. We really appreciated Jon's patience and calm approach. When the solicitor process started to drag on, Jon stepped in and took control, negotiating with all parties to reach a successful conclusion. I really don't think that we would have exchanged contracts without Jon's help. All very much appreciated. Thank you.

A special mention goes to Jo for conducting the sale of our property in Caversham Heights and to Liana for dealing with everything from when sale agreed.
14th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)I had a really poor experience with this company , the experience went from dropping the price on a very regular basis down and down and down not seeming to do there due diligence , when the sales kept falling through we felt pushed to provide expensive surveys for prospective buyers all for it to collapse time and again and the only answer was to drop . We left them and went for another agent who sold quickly at a higher price . Beware- 2nd Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)Parker’s showed the value of a traditional proactive local estate agency. Excellent in all aspects.

Very knowledgeable on the area and could answer any questions we had, and very helpful where it was needed. we would highly recommend.
27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)We chose Bevilles to sell our much loved Edwardian property because of their long standing reputation as an outstanding estate agent. We were not dissappointed: We did not have a straightforward sale by any means, but Bevilles provided wise counsel throughout. They just have so many years' experience selling in Sonning Common and the neighbouring villages. They know the area and everyone knows them. It is not just Richard, but the whole team who work together and are always there when you need them. After two buyers pulled out and then seemingly endless viewings, our sale ended up in a bidding war. We were extremely pleased with the winning buyer who clearly loved the property as much as we did. We felt that, thanks to Bevilles, we were able to leave our rather special house and garden in very good hands.

10th May 2024 (1 year ago)I had a viewing scheduled at 3:30, but the agent was over 11 minutes late without any prior communication. When contacted, the agent attempted to deceive me about their arrival time. I understand that delays can occur however it's unacceptable to be dishonest about it. This lack of professionalism and honesty reflects poorly on the agency's service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with them.
