8th Mar 2022 (4 years ago)Had a great experience with Aggie who showed us around the flat and then helped us with all paperwork. She was very flexible and quick to respond. She also helped us to get the keys at 9am on move in day rather than 3pm.

14th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)We put our house on the market in March, we decided on Barnard Marcus as their valuation was the highest (out of 3). Their initial contact was good and positive but after a couple of months they suggested we drop the price from 575k. To 500k, this was a huge drop and far from their valuation of 575-600k, although viewings continued they didn’t really give any updates or feedback so we ended our contract with them when the initial 20 weeks were complete.

This man should not be on the road, very dangerous driving, stuck his finger out the window as he cut me up doing around 60mph in a road works 40mph on the a428. Then proceeded to overtake an artic lorry while another lorry was oncoming and had to move into the layby. He got that far.... 10 minutes later I seen parked up in waitrose bedford car park, He should not be driving at all let alone CBRE.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

23rd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)The experience of finding the flat and securing the contract was great! Shemya was super responsive and answered all my questions. She helped fast?track things so I could move in before a big trip, which was very much appreciated. Because of the rush, though, when I moved in the flat still had unwanted furniture and was dirty (which wasn’t the agency’s fault, but due to a non?compliant previous tenant). That said, they were very responsive and quickly arranged for someone to remove the furniture, allowing me to move in just a couple of hours later. Would give five stars, but I’ve currently been waiting over three weeks for a faulty dripping tap to be fixed with no response so far, so still waiting to see how the management side actually is. Will update this review accordingly in the coming weeks/months.
30th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)I’ve been working with Streets Ahead for a number of years for lettings, and recently I had two properties become vacant within a short period, which was understandably stressful. I got in touch with my agent and worked closely with Scott, who acted quickly to find suitable tenants while meeting all my specific requirements. He also identified and suggested improvements to the properties that helped us turn them around efficiently. As a result, both properties were let quickly with minimal void periods. I gave Scott full responsibility for managing the process end-to-end, with minimal involvement from me, and he handled everything exceptionally well. Whenever I had any concerns, we discussed them openly and resolved them promptly. Overall, it’s been a very pleasant and professional working relationship.

We couldn’t be happier with the service they provided - communication was clear and responses instant. Solicitors were chased when necessary and updates provided throughout the process. Highly recommend getting in touch with them if you’re thinking of buying/selling or renting in the area. Genuinely nice people, thank guys.
