We arrived in Kings Hill knowing we wanted to move here but not knowing the area and the property market. Both Sam Turner and Be Chapman of Wards of Kings Hill were brilliant. They guided us and were always available for responding to questions regarding properties and how these would link in to our very specific needs. We found a wonderful house. This entire process was brilliant as it was not only about the sale of a property but Sam and Be were also hugely supportive as agents for both sellers and the buyers. Highly recommended for both sellers and buyers.!

After an initial false start we successfully sold our property ! A massive shout out to Billy, Sally ,Lucy and Keryn who all played their part in ensuring the sale. The conveyancing for our property took literally weeks longer than we expected, as we were buying a vacant property and had the cash payment ready from day 1,
Our experience was frustrating in many ways, and we kept thinking of the book, 'Catch 22', only with Wards and their recommended solicitors, Tolhurst, it was around 'Catch 37!' However, all through this when other folks were confusing us with jargon (Who needs that?) Maria Meddings kept us in touch with things and answered our questions with clarity, humour and pleasantness. She looks to be a very positive asset for Wards, and deserves to rise high in the company as she fulfils her function with great competence and understanding.

Had a wonderful experience with wards Kenny was great and with us every step of the way until we sold and then it passed over to the wonderful Kim she was so helpful helped me though with support and always on the other end of the phone or email any problems big or small Kim was brilliant at helping and was fantastic when we thought the chain was going to fall through she went out of her way to make sure that everything was staying back on track would highly recommend and a massive thank you to Kim for always being there for me to have a rant at and keeping things going

Vanessa Reeve was absolutely amazing throughout the purchase of our first property. As our Sales Progressor, she went above and beyond to keep everything moving, pushing all parties towards exchange and ensuring nothing was left unresolved.
She was incredibly thorough, professional, and always friendly and approachable. Buying a first home can be stressful, but Vanessa’s dedication, communication, and support made a huge difference from start to finish. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping us through the process and achieving the best outcome.
