Having put my house on the market in February staff at Wards Herne Bay I dealt with Freya, Shane and Emily and have found all to be really helpful and informative. Shane has kept me updated all the way through. House was off the market for a few weeks due to personal circumstances then put back on. A good steady flow of potential buyers and have now sold within the 3 weeks since it was back on. Thank you Wards!!

I'm the buyer in a chain, and Wards is working on behalf of the seller. I have found them very obstructive to work with, and I've received emails with incorrect information etc etc. The team seem to have been providing false information to the seller's team, which is a little frustrating.

Keryn has been absolutely fantastic throughout our property search. From the very beginning, she really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, which made the whole process feel much more focused and far less stressful.
She kept us consistently updated with new properties coming onto the market that suited our requirements, so we always felt ahead of things. Keryn is incredibly knowledgeable, not just about the properties themselves but also the local areas, which was a huge help. During viewings, she was able to give us real insight into both the homes and the sellers’ positions, which made a big difference when it came to making decisions.
She’s extremely professional, but at the same time very approachable, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process.

Dealing with Wards has been a great experience, Evie Ripley has been a pleasure to deal with she has been lovely! I was originally looking to buy a property in the Canterbury area but my circumstances changed so i have secured one elsewhere which she kindly assisted with. She also introduced me to Matthew Parish from mortgage Matters who has been a lifesaver and a great help with my mortgage! Would highly recommended as I wouldn't be in the position i am without them!

Had a wonderful experience with wards Kenny was great and with us every step of the way until we sold and then it passed over to the wonderful Kim she was so helpful helped me though with support and always on the other end of the phone or email any problems big or small Kim was brilliant at helping and was fantastic when we thought the chain was going to fall through she went out of her way to make sure that everything was staying back on track would highly recommend and a massive thank you to Kim for always being there for me to have a rant at and keeping things going

We purchased a property in Whitstable finally with Wards after viewing quite a few over the period of a year or more! The service was super efficient and friendly. Ellie was eager to help and took time out to allow us viewings for window surveys, measuring up and all sorts of other demanding requests. Nothing was too much trouble. Chris was available to help when Ellie wasn't. The transaction was super quick and without any hitches. An overall stress free experience. A very nice team of people with local knowledge of the area. Highly recommended.
