The experience with Wards was excellent from start to finish.
Nancy was very patient and determined to help us find our dream home and I highly appreciate her consistency, patience and her honesty. She is outsanding in what she does.
I am also grateful to Kim for keeping me informed and updated about the movement of the purchase and patiently answering my queries.
Shoutout as well to Judy(Rainham) branch who was also very helpful when Kim was on leave and hearing her voice is calming and every good news means that we are near our target(owning a home).

We recently purchased our property through the branch, and I wanted to take a moment to recognise the fantastic team who supported us throughout the process.
A huge thank you to Logan and Hollie, as well as Bliss, Sharon, Dan, Tina, and Lyndsey. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Buying a property can often feel stressful, but their clear communication and willingness to help at every stage made the experience far smoother than we expected.
Each member of the team played their part in keeping things moving, answering our questions promptly, and ensuring we felt informed and reassured throughout. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and their friendly, approachable manner really stood out.

Outstanding that’s all I can say regarding Wards Estate Agents in Dover . Their professionalism, service & communication has been amazing regarding my late father’s property,
Special thank you’s go to Oliver and Vanessa. A credit to Wards ! They went above and beyond and I truly appreciate all what they have done to TRY & make this a smooth selling. Tough at times and frustrating but these two were so amazing ! They deserve a pay rise or bonus !

We are extremely pleased with our experience of Wards. Linzi Murphey was very good with understanding my specific needs and was extremely helpful. She was patient and very helpful. She also understood that I would need the home adapted so that I can access all of the house, and she made suggestions as to where the adaptions could be made. I felt she was very open and honest. Not only did she help us source the ideal house, but she was also present at the viewings and helped with negotiations after. Overall an excellent experience and we will recommend Wards and Linzi in the future.

This is my 2nd time of using Wards and I had no hesitation in choosing them again.Every single person I dealt with was amazing, encouraging ,supportive and professional...the house I had chosen was perfect for me but the only thing that slowed things down was my buyers solicitors....Wards of Paddock Wood remained positive for me when I couldn't feel positive for myself...as before (7 years ago )their customer service went above and beyond not just being professional in the process but remembering what a stressful time house sales can be and being there for the emotional support I needed (it's been a very tough 6 years and it was a hard decision to move but the right one) ... I cannot fault this branch and would recommend them to everyone....thank you to every single person I dealt with, Lauren,Hazel,Samantha and Maria,their sales progressor ...this lady worked tirelessly to move the sale along liasing with solicitors,and the Deal branch, she was cheerful ,upbeat ,friendly and professional and I genuinely feel that she cut the completion date down dramatically...to all of you I can't thank you enough if I could give 10 stars I would xx

I’ve recently had a very positive experience with Wards of Kings Hill. I found all the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly but Be, in particular, was extraordinarily helpful. She was genuinely invested in helping to find the right house for me personally. Be has a wealth of knowledge about Kings Hill as an area in which to live, and the different types of properties and how they may or may not work for you. She also understands that seeing a variety of properties is part of the process of finding the right home, and never once tried to convince me to like something that wasn’t quite right, or made me feel I was wasting time (an experience I have had elsewhere). As a result, I have just found, with her significant help, the perfect property for me – and I’m delighted. It’s been a great experience to be supported by someone with such high professional standards. Thank you to Be and the whole team!

I have dealt with Wards in Ashford over a period of time for moving into the Ashford area. Again, more recently and they have always been knowledgeable and professional for my buying and selling needs. My most recent experience with Jo Ross-Bason has been excellent where I have found her so helpful and understanding.
