Having put my house on the market in February staff at Wards Herne Bay I dealt with Freya, Shane and Emily and have found all to be really helpful and informative. Shane has kept me updated all the way through. House was off the market for a few weeks due to personal circumstances then put back on. A good steady flow of potential buyers and have now sold within the 3 weeks since it was back on. Thank you Wards!!

I'm the buyer in a chain, and Wards is working on behalf of the seller. I have found them very obstructive to work with, and I've received emails with incorrect information etc etc. The team seem to have been providing false information to the seller's team, which is a little frustrating.

I would like to thank Linzi for being so helpful and patient with us. Sometimes it was difficult to get viewings booked due to myself and husband working shifts and not living locally. Linzi when out of her way to accommodate us. The day we saw Badgers Set, we saw 3 properties, Linzi have excellent knowledge of all three. This is a very big decision for us, as we have lived in our house for 36 years. I would like to say a big Thank you for helping us with our journey. Hopefully we can look forward to being in our new home during the summer.

I had the fortunate experience of being helped To sell my lodge recently . This would not have been so easy and tomdo,without the help of Maria Meddings.
She was helpful, friendly and kind at such a worrying time.
Her professionalism was reassuring to me, it gave me every confidence during such a stressful period.

Amazing service received by both Sam and Kate at the King's Hill Branch in selling my daughters property in only 13 days!! Huge thanks to Emma at Wards for her help with my dad’s purchase. Navigating solicitors can be one of the most stressful parts of buying a property, but Emma handled it all with such efficiency. After being on the market for a while with a different agent and having that sale fall through, I was so impressed by the service of Judy Day in the Sales Progression Team, for the property I was purchasing that I moved my sale to Wards, after which point I found the team in Eynsford Branch to be wonderful.
Shannon, Luisa and Carl genuinely pulled out all the stops to find us another buyer within a couple of weeks. Aside from the professional side, I found them to be genuinely nice people to deal with (in contrast to the usual 'salesy' demeanor of other agents I have dealt with in the past). Once again, Judy Day was meticulous and diligent in progressing our sale and took all the stress out of things.
This move represented the third time I've purchased a property and the second time I've sold one and I can honestly say Wards are the best agent I've dealt with. I'd recommend them to anyone.
