6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)We sold our house through Fine & Country. Liz Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine held our hands every step of the way. They promptly answered any queries we had, were reassuring when the process was at its most pedantic and calmed us down when we were stressed. From the superb photos taken at the start, all the way through the whole process Nicola and Liz were professional and attentive and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They might be slightly more expensive than other Estate Agents but they were worth every penny. So glad we used Liz and Nicola.

I’ve been working with James and the Wilson Peacock team for a significant amount of time now, and I can’t express enough how fantastic they have been. Their support, professionalism, and the way they facilitate everything have been exceptional. I manage multiple rental properties, and although I don’t use their full managed services, I rely on them to find tenants. I’ve always been proud to have Wilson Peacock —and especially James Richens.—supporting my property portfolio. They’ve consistently helped me secure the right tenants and have played a key role in enabling my growth over the years. Rebbeca, Kerry and Jamie assisted us with the purchase and mortgage, the service they provided was beyond what we could ever have expected and I can't recommend these people enough. If your buying or selling in the Thrapston area then look no further than Shaman Quinney.
28th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I recently contacted William H Brown due to interest on a property I had seen and I was greeted on the phone with Eleanor. From that very first communication, Eleanor was incredible!! She was friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful. She bent over backwards to help me! I rang up for one property and several hours later Eleanor had us viewing 5 incredible properties. One of which ended up being “the one” she was happy and friendly through your the entire viewing time and with a great sense of humour! She is an asset to your team and we as a family are truly grateful for all of her help and support!! Thank you so very much Eleanor!

9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)If I could leave no stars, I would. Very disappointing experience as buyers. We were encouraged on multiple occasions to increase our offers, only to be told much later that the seller was not actually in a position to proceed as they had not found anywhere to move to. Had this been made clear from the outset, we would never have increased our bids. Communication was inconsistent throughout, with long delays and changing explanations about the seller’s situation. We did not receive timely written confirmation of our offers or the seller’s responses, and only received a retrospective summary after repeatedly requesting clarity. Being pushed to increase our offer several times, only to later discover that the seller could not move forward, left us feeling that the process was driven by price rather than transparency. This lack of clarity and honesty caused unnecessary stress and ultimately led us to withdraw. 13th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Shocking service from the rental team, they dont follow up on prospective tenants, they dont follow up on existing tenants. Super lazy. Especially Grace who refuses to do whats best for the landlords

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

4th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Mike Neville Estate Agents sold my house in Rushden. The procedure of putting it up for sale went promptly and smoothly thanks to James. The photographs and details were all completed very quickly and the brochure was lovely thanks to Ben and Chris. We were reluctant to have a sale board up and without it viewings were few owing to the state of the market. Once the sale board went up a friend of ours expressed interest in buying the house, and Mike Neville's handled the tricky matter of negotiating between friends absolutely seamlessly. The team were then called upon to exert their authority and influence in chasing at the various stages in the process, and without their intervention the sale seemed as if it would drag on, so our grateful thanks and appreciation for all their efforts, Chris in especial particular, we cannot thank you enough.
