3rd May 2026 (16 weeks ago)First time moving house in 19years. Moving house has been the most stressful experience. The team at WW estate agents Ltd have been amazing. From calling and emailing me to enquire on update and on my wellbeing too. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I need report for EPC they had contact. They also have a contact for a removal company which took the stress off. Over all a great experience thanks team WW Estate

Throughout the whole process they were incredibly helpful, always available and great at working with other parties to push the chain along. The price from the service provided felt very reasonable.<br><br>We had very challenging buyers who messed about until the last minute, Jemma and the team did a great job working with the solicitors and estate agents in the chain and really worked together to save the day.<br><br>Not sure I would have had this level of support and dedication from other estate agents. I would recommend them.

The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout every stage of the process. They made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. 25th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)As first home buyers Walker Smale was great. Simon was always available and accommodating, answering all our questions and liaising between us and the vendors. The team also responded to emails very quickly so there was never a hold up with proceedings.

19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Wilman and Wilman were the ultimate sales professionals when I bought a home through them. Mandy at the Crosshills branch ensured the progression of both my current and previous property's sale. Her excellent communication was superior to that of my solicitor and the agent who was supposedly working for me on my sale. Without Mandy I am convinced that my sanity would have slipped and both sales would have failed.<br><br>All the people that I have met and communicated with from the office including Herbie and Tom were helpful and efficient. I hope that this home is my forever home. However if I was to sell I would use Wilman and Wilman due to the high level of support they offer. I highly recommend to anyone wanting a professional service with people who actually do care about you and not just the sale.<br><br>Thanks for being caring and wonderful. X

He made the stressful process manageable. Before purchasing the property my thoughts were that the process will be extremely difficult, however Nat made everything very smooth by his reliable communication which was also perfect. 11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Extremely poor experience. Belvoir were consistently slow and unresponsive, and the handling of my deposit was particularly disappointing. They waited until the very last day of the deadline to submit their proposed deductions, unnecessarily prolonging the process and leaving me waiting for my own money.<br><br>For a relatively small amount, the amount of chasing and hassle was completely unreasonable. I found the whole process dishonest and unprofessional, and I would not recommend Belvoir to any tenant.

Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

Over three weeks have now passed and no contact. Since found out property sold to a higher offer. The basics are you communicate with buyers and do not just leave them hanging for weeks !!!!

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)We purchased a house last year as first time buyers with Lauren as the agent and the process itself was very disappointing and unorganised throughout. Details of the chain were not made clear, an hour before we were to collect the keys (after self employed family members took the day off) there were attempts to delay further and it’s fair to say Lauren’s best interest was with her seller over anyone else - When my partner expressed her dissatisfaction with constantly being messed around Lauren was extremely unprofessional and began a shouting match down the phone. I understand buying and selling houses can be stressful but it should be special buying your first property and we were left feeling deflated and disappointed when we finally moved in. We weren’t even congratulated post completion which says all you need to know. Won’t use this company again if possible.
