3rd May 2026 (9 weeks ago)First time moving house in 19years. Moving house has been the most stressful experience. The team at WW estate agents Ltd have been amazing. From calling and emailing me to enquire on update and on my wellbeing too. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I need report for EPC they had contact. They also have a contact for a removal company which took the stress off. Over all a great experience thanks team WW Estate

25th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)As first home buyers Walker Smale was great. Simon was always available and accommodating, answering all our questions and liaising between us and the vendors. The team also responded to emails very quickly so there was never a hold up with proceedings.

Throughout the 10 month process we dealt with all members of the team, and they were all so diligent and understanding. Special thanks to Mandy who supported to get things over the line in the last few weeks. We cannot recommend Wilman and Wilman enough!

Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
