I have had dealings with Hamptons for quite a few years and always received good service.<br>Lately a very sensitive situation developed, coming from other sources, which needed extra tact and diplomacy and Katie proved to be the perfect person, helping to resolve the matter fairly and easily.

Knowing we were selling our childhood home following the loss of our mum, they could not have been more kind, helpful and sensitive from the very first time we spoke with them and explained our situation. Any time we needed to contact them we didn't have to wait for a reply which takes away any frustration or stress. They had a good relationship with the solicitors and their professionalism and dedication to moving the sale to conclusion made the whole process seemless. Thank you so much.

It was thanks to Ivan that after the longest search we managed to find our perfect family home. Both Ivan and Glenn helped the process along and couldnt have asked for more. Defo would recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell.

Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.
21st Aug 2026 (2 days ago)When we decided to sell our family home of 23 years, we were bracing ourselves for the usual brash estate-agent experience. We were recommended BR by a friend, and from the very beginning Chris (and later Aidan) were an absolute breath of fresh air. Professional, personable, proactive and, importantly, realistic from the get-go.<br><br>We sold relatively quickly, but the sale itself became particularly stressful, and throughout the whole process both Chris and Aidan were incredibly supportive and always on hand when I needed them. They genuinely went above and beyond and made a difficult process that little bit easier.<br><br>I’m so glad we chose BR to sell our home and I honestly cannot recommend Chris and Aidan highly enough. If you’re looking for an estate agent who actually cares about their clients and the outcome, look no further!

Elle Osborne and her team were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Elle incredibly helpful, always keeping me updated and making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her communication, knowledge and dedication really stood out, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I’m so grateful for all the support and hard work from Elle and the team at EO Estate Agents, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.- 7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I can't recommend Jack, Nathan and Chris at LR enough. They took over the sale process of my property after being on market with another estate agent in Sidcup for some time. They were highly proactive with viewings and always very pleasant to deal with and courteous. Also strong at communication and keeping me updated and managing our sale through to eventual completion, despite a very long property chain and a few challenges with solicitors. Very happy with the service I received.

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)I chose Grafton Estate Agents because Tariq really took the time to get to know me, set realistic expectations about the sale price/timeline and made me feel confident that I would be well looked-after, with a personal touch - this all turned out to be true! Tariq, Fraser and Abby were all really personable, respectful, efficient and good communicators. I was always kept up-to-date with what was happening with my sale, and any queries were dealt with promptly. They managed to find good buyers for my house within a few weeks of it going to market, and within the price range they anticipated, so I was really pleased. The whole process went very smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you, Tariq, Fraser and Abby!
