They are friendly and kept us informed all the time.<br>After our sale, and when we were in the area afterwards, we went in to say hi, and they were so lovely. Smiley, warm people. Directed us to places of interest in the area, and we can't wait to explore the area.<br>Would recommend Chattertons!

We chose Langford Rae over 3 other Estate agents as they did not ‘hard sell’ and give unrealistic expectations.. they were honest genuine and fair .. of course, all agents want the sale but these guys were ‘real’<br>We are grateful to them for a very smooth ‘transaction’ through a very emotional process of selling our family home. I personally would highly recommend them.

Bear in mind they was not even out estate agent, she supported the entire process and chain, chasing all relevant parties to get the sale over the line. Its refreshing to work with an agent, that is so proactive and organised as she was. Highly recommend!

Highly competitive fee structure and much fairer than I saw with other companies. We first met Chris and then Aidan, and I can honestly say that they have both been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process.<br><br>Nothing has ever been too much trouble. No matter how many questions or queries we had, they were always more than happy to help, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring we were kept fully informed and updated every step of the way.<br><br>What really sets them apart is their genuine friendliness, professionalism, efficiency and knowledge. James Willis came to my house with a detailed report on how my house could be priced and what I could do to improve it. James and I had long discussion about what the price of our house could be in order to attract maximum viewings.<br><br>Other than that, Langford Russell Estate Agents also helped me carry out some viewings for the next house. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. Exceptional Service from Charlotte & Hannah – Barnard Marcus Croydon<br><br>I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Charlotte and Hannah at Barnard Marcus Croydon for the exceptional service and support they gave me throughout the sale of my late father’s property.<br><br>This was not a straightforward transaction. As the property formed part of an estate, there were complications and unexpected delays along the way, including matters outside the estate agent’s control. Throughout all of this, Charlotte and Hannah remained professional, patient, responsive and genuinely supportive.<br><br>Charlotte’s communication was outstanding. She kept me informed, responded quickly whenever I needed assistance and continually helped to keep the transaction moving. There were times when the process became stressful and frustrating, but I always felt that Charlotte was doing everything she reasonably could to help get the sale successfully over the line.<br><br>Hannah was equally professional and supportive.
