5th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Disappointing experience. Took time off work to attend a viewing, only to have the agent discuss a live offer with the seller in front of me during the appointment. It made for a really awkward and unprofessional situation. While they later acknowledged it could have been handled differently, they ultimately stood by their actions. Needless to say I wound trust then to be involved in and sales or purchase. Basic discretion during viewings shouldn’t be too much to expect right?

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)It is not a no sell no fee. Be very careful if you decide to go with them. I talk with richard to begin with them. They strongly recommend me to go sol agency. And told me after 4 months. I will be free to cancel and withdrawal or add multiple agency without extra chargres. I wasnot careful enough to read all the small prints of the contract thinking it will be a standard one. And richard already confirmed and guranteen me on the phone. So i trusted him and took his words for it at that time. Now 4 months later. I was told i need to pay a withdrawal fee for 350 if i want to make any alterations. And the time is indefinite. I feel that they have keep my house in hostage. We approached 3 agents and chose Tom at Newfields who was very sensitive to the situation as well as professional, dealing with all queries promptly and efficiently. He kept us fully informed and managed the sale effectively achieving a good price within a reasonable timescale.<br>I can really recomend Tom and Newfield Estates.

6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Walkers Exchange got us over 20 viewings on our sale property within 3 hours of the listing going live! A sale was agreed within 2 days! They are very well connected and have very good relationship the with solicitors we used, which helped greatly in moving things along swiftly.<br>Thank you so much for your outstanding service support and expertise in getting us over the finishing line!<br>The sale of our property and purchase of our new bungalow was completed in record time!<br>We 100% wouldn't have been able to do it without Julie, John and team pushing, advising where needed and driving things forward.<br>I will certainly highly recommend them to anyone and I myself will not need look anywhere else for assistance in this field!<br><br>Thanks for everything!

All staff were very professional throughout and more than helpful with general queries. I especially felt listened to by Emma who really guided me through the sales process regarding time frames and next steps. Emails were answered promptly, communication was clear and I felt reassured that the team managed our sale well throughout. A very successful outcome and a big thank you.

Everyone was incredibly supportive and stayed in regular contact throughout the process, facilitating several visits to the property. Aidan was really helpful, helping to move things forward quickly and facilitating communication between solicitors and the seller. Would recommend them to anyone!

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
