18th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Michelle and Shelagh in particular were incredible with their professionalism and dedication; always on hand, courteous and wonderful to deal with. I would definitely recommend them .
5th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)Disappointing experience. Took time off work to attend a viewing, only to have the agent discuss a live offer with the seller in front of me during the appointment. It made for a really awkward and unprofessional situation. While they later acknowledged it could have been handled differently, they ultimately stood by their actions. Needless to say I wound trust then to be involved in and sales or purchase. Basic discretion during viewings shouldn’t be too much to expect right?
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Terrible customer service.
I asked a favour from Liz Burns out of desperation of not seeing family fpr 30+ Years.
Her response was brutally cold, ruthless and insincere.
Certainly wouldn't want any proffessional dealings with this company,as they are truly heartless.
12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Ash is the best estate agent I’ve come across so far. He was extremely polite, friendly and patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He was very helpful throughout the viewing and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I would highly recommend Reed Rains estate agent. They have provided a really good service managing my property, keeping everything running smoothly and making the whole process hassle-free. Their communication and professionalism have been excellent, and I really appreciate all their hard work. Thank you for looking after my property so well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent!
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Spot on good service and a quick sale stress free all the way
28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)They listed my4 bed detached dormer bungalow as a 4 bed detached HOME!!! SO I didn’t get any viewings for 10 week as google does not recognise home on any search engine it Could be found under properties but buyers only looking for bungalows could not find us!! I found out by distant friend trying to find bungalows online. They relaunched but missed summer buyers. Tied into 20week contract and cost me £354 to cancel -nightmare scenario for me.
Good Life Estate Agents - Sunderland
46 Windsor Terrace, Ryhope Road, Grangetown,Sunderland, SR2 9QF
(268 reviews)
28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)Just sold with Good Life, who were exemplory through the whole process. As a full time carer at the other end of the country, I couldn't make it up even once but they handled everything for me. From getting the keys back from my exiting tenants to having the cash in my bank took less than 3 months, which must approach a record? Gina Brown - Branch Manager and my handler - gave perfect personalised attention. I'd never sold before so needed a bit of hand holding, and she was always kind and available. Have no hesitation in recommending them.- 2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Very helpful and friendly, made our move stress free. Thanks Kelsey!????????????
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Tom and his team were great. Communication was clear and rapid. Queries were handled efficiently and respectfully.
13th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)Acceptable experience
7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Walkersxchange have been absolutely superb in every aspect of handling the sale of our home. From the initial contact to the valuation, marketing, viewing of property and communication they have been excellent. From our experience we would never use any other estate agent (in the extremely unlikely event of us ever selling our current home).
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)The team at Ben Charles do a fantastic job - I have used them both to purchase a house and to manage a rental. They are quick to respond to issues and keep me up to date. Excellent service!

4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)I am truly grateful to Gemma and Connor. They are the best Agent I have ever meet. They have been patiently communicating with me. I am extremely grateful for their support and assistance during my rental process. I am able to move into the house I desired solely due to their help. I have recommended them to all my classmates. Appreciate to Gemma and Connor for their hard work.
9th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Big big thank you to Lily at the Houghton branch. She emailed me daily with details of properties she thought we might be interested in. She definately when the extra mile. A real asset to the branch.
8th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)top team special thanks to Sophie Willis !!!
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic

10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I would like to Thank, each and every one at Brunton Residential, who helped me to get lots of customers through the door to sell my house and to find a new one, They all kept me up dated on viewing, and offers on my house, by calls, Emails and messeges. 14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)The staff at Bell Estate Agents are efficient and helpful and were excellent at keeping me updated on the recent sale of my house.
2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Janine was amazing. She arranged a viewing very quickly and kept in contact throughout the housing purchase giving updates to both me and the seller. As a first time buyer she was incredible reassuring and talked me through the process advising on time scales.
11th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Janet went above and beyond to help us. She was professional and courteous at all times. On the day of the move my estate agent wasn’t even aware we were moving, Janet was dealing with our purchase property but assisted and supported us through a very difficult day with incompetent solicitors. I can never thank her enough for all her help.
23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I used Moovd to sell a property last month. Grant and David could not have been more supportive throughout. They kept me informed on all aspects of the proceedings, were reasonably priced when considering all that they did for me, it was pretty quick and the solicitors they use were brilliant too! Highly recommend! Thank you
