The lettings team did a fantastic job in finding us new tenants after our previous occupant gave notice. Morgan was fantastic and arranged block viewings very quickly and agreed a brilliant deal for us in no time at all. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Morgan and the rest of the team to anyone in need of their services. Sharon was also incredibly helpful and happy to talk us through the process whenever we had questions. 10/10, thank you team Stratford

26th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have recently completed on my Grade 2 listed property which was my dwelling for many years. It has not been an easy sale process but I have to say that Charlie Comber and his team at Hayman- Joyce, particularly Hermione Walls have kept me sane through their patient endeavours. It was somewhat of a painful process. However hopefully my property has passed on to worthy new owners. In our opinion Geordie went over and above with his constant communication with all parties in the chain, which assisted us during exchange and completion. Geordie was proactive during the whole process and we would definitely recommend him as an excellent estate agent.

We were a 2 hour drive from Chipping Campden and the local knowledge and expertise of Ellie and the team were a huge help in finding the right house. They know Chipping Campden inside out and could tell us everything about local facilities and services. They were also brilliant in getting the sale through - getting paperwork, chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving. If we were selling (we're not) we would use Peter Clarke.

From the very start of the process they kept us informed on progress with regular updates so we could relax and enjoy the process in what can otherwise be a very stressful time. Importantly, they achieved the sale quickly which was what we wanted. Will highly recommend them!

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
