17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Emma and her team helped on a sale for one of our properties with them, through the whole journey, they had taken the proactive action to support on this sale. although there was a drama happened from buyer side, but with Emma's support and help, the sale was completed in the end. So highly recommend Emma and her team. We have other properties with them and currently on selling, so fingers crossed too.

Ours was a complex case but Ian & Denise’s support made every step hassle-free and resulted in an outcome that was best for all. The whole team’s communication and professionalism throughout has been outstanding and we cannot recommend the firm highly enough!

From start to finish, the team were fantastic. We must give special thanks to Anthony, for his dedication to the job and ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible. He was professional and approachable at all hours, whatever the query. He acted as a key negotiator and ensured the transition to completion progressed as smoothly as possible. I was out of the country for much of the process, but Anthony provided prompt support, liaising regularly with the previous owners and ourselves and assisting with each and every step. We would highly recommend their services.

He was endlessly polite, unbelievably patient, and answered every single one of our questions with kindness and clarity. Truly, what a gentleman! Buying a property is usually stressful, but Richard made the entire experience feel so much easier and far less daunting. His support and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

Once his part of the process was complete, Lindsay took over and was equally impressive. She kept me updated every step of the way and responded to my emails almost instantly. What usually feels like a stressful process was incredibly smooth thanks to their expertise. I cannot recommend Trefton and Lindsay enough for anyone looking for a move with a personal touch!"

I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.

This week Tash really excelled herself, with a tenancy change and a gap of only a week, between outgoing and incoming tenants and some maintenance issues identified on through the checkout report, Tash swiftly acted on resolving them, by efficiently communicating between me, the landlord, the maintenance service provider and the new incoming tenant. Decisions reached Tash arranged for the works to be completed tomorrow (9th Jan) ready for the new tenants moving in early next week. Great execution Tash and win win for all - happy days, for all concerned!
