1st Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

Their specialist knowledge, high quality marketing materials and personalised service really sets them apart. They worked with me to move swiftly when I unexpectedly wanted to put my property on the market earlier than we had originally planned, got serious buyers through the door within days and secured two offers in less than 2 weeks and a sale thereafter. The sales process went on to become more complex and King West - and Jessica Deacon in particular - went above and beyond to keep it on track even in the hairiest of moments. I could not be more grateful or impressed by the level of effort Jess, Stephen and the team put into my house sale. 5 stars!

1st Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)We feel that the landlord service offered by Andrew Granger is excellent, they quickly arranged a new tenant for the property. We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.

Jane was fantastic throughout the entire process, friendly, professional, and always happy to accommodate. She kept us updated throughout, making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward.<br>Communication was excellent from start to finish. 12th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)I used O’Riordan Bond to market a property I was selling in Earls Barton. I dealt with Rebecca from having the property valued through to completion of the sale. It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
