Had seen many properties in our chosen area and even put in a few offers that didn’t work out. We found Ryann at Orient Estates to be a real breath of fresh air. Personable and down to earth, he really listened and understood what we needed and showed us the best properties, gave sound advice from years of experience and used his excellent judgement and negotiation skills to help get us the property we wanted and move the purchase along. Now that the purchase is complete we can fully appreciate all the work Ryann put in. He was always ready to answer questions in person or on the phone, arranged multiple viewings, raised our concerns to the sellers, provided documents to the solicitors with speed and was very professional, thorough and well organised throughout the whole process. Buying a house is a big step and we couldn’t have done it without Orient Estates attentive service. They got us so many viewings and always emailed all relevant times and dates for accompanied viewings with loads of feedback. We eventually trusted them with our house keys to do the viewings alone as they were so professional. I honestly did not feel comfortable doing that with any of the other agencies. They are nice people who talk without all the jargon so I really trusted them and they give alot of good advice. I would highly recommend Lampards and are using them to find my next property.
