No matter how busy she was, she always managed to keep me in the loop, every step of the way. This was an extremely difficult deal to get over the line, and I know for a fact it wouldn’t have happened without her.<br><br>The main thing that sets her apart, is that she acts with integrity and always does the right thing. That goes a long way in this industry.

Playing games, not fufiling contracts and Oliver and manager there were engaging in clear unethical service practices and disgusting customer services carried out. They represent an dodgy estate perfectly. Nothing else positive.

Right from the get go, he was upfront and honest about our selling prospects and was always great at communicating and giving advice as to how to make our flat as sellable as possible and it paid off in the end. Had seen many properties in our chosen area and even put in a few offers that didn’t work out. We found Ryann at Orient Estates to be a real breath of fresh air. Personable and down to earth, he really listened and understood what we needed and showed us the best properties, gave sound advice from years of experience and used his excellent judgement and negotiation skills to help get us the property we wanted and move the purchase along. Now that the purchase is complete we can fully appreciate all the work Ryann put in. He was always ready to answer questions in person or on the phone, arranged multiple viewings, raised our concerns to the sellers, provided documents to the solicitors with speed and was very professional, thorough and well organised throughout the whole process. Buying a house is a big step and we couldn’t have done it without Orient Estates attentive service. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again, a real pleasure to work with Ryann with an excellent outcome for all. Thank you once again to at Orient Estates.

30th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)I was a tenant with Chas Lowe over the last 10 years, having only just recently moved from East Barnet. The landlord-tenant experience has been excellent throughout. All issues or concerns, whether small or large, were dealt with promptly and with understanding. Basic but fundamentally important issues like an annual gas safety check happened seamlessly and, similarly, when there was an electrical concern, with a faulty plug socket, for example, this was dealt with timeously and professionally. Roger was the key agent during the tenancy and he deserves enormous praise for his approachable, honest and helpful communication at all points. The tenancy was in a block of flats managed by Chas Lowe and, again, when issues arose these were always attended to promptly. In fact, on one ocassion, the security light bulb was replaced within two hours of reporting it - thanks, Lorna! Five stars from me all around.

He was endlessly polite, unbelievably patient, and answered every single one of our questions with kindness and clarity. Truly, what a gentleman! Buying a property is usually stressful, but Richard made the entire experience feel so much easier and far less daunting. His support and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. When we next decide to move, Lowthers will be the only agents we even consider. I will be recommending them to absolutely everyone I know!
