11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Always a fabulous selection on offer. Really well laid out and options to bid online if you cant make it on the day. Only point last visit was lack of customer service basics when paying. No please thank you or even acknowledgement. Every other staff member was lovely though and this doesnt normally happen so still 5 stars. The lad helping load our van had so much energy and was lovely. Looking forward to attending next month
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Unbelievably stupid and desperate. I moved a year ago and fortunately used the Property Centre who were amazing . RA Bennett ring me every week to check if I still want to move house ( I told them I’d moved last March ) - sometimes every day. Just leave me alone !
12th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)We are delighted with our house purchase in Colwall and with the service from Tom and the team. From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.
15th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.
5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)The team at Connells Worcester were amazing throughout the whole process, helping us buy our first house! It was a (very) long process but Connells kept us up to date, chased sellers, solicitors, helped with mortgages and basically kept us sane throughout the whole thing. Sam was brilliant and really put in the effort to get the deal through, along with Amy and the rest of the team, I think we spoke to the whole team by the end! If anyone is looking to buy/sell/rent in Worcester I would recommend Connells and also will be sure to use them again if needed.

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)From the initial meeting to the beautiful brochure, we have been very impressed with how well Philip Laney and Jolly have advertised our property and kept us well informed with feedback from viewings. Once offers were placed, they negotiated the best sale price for us. We would definitely recommend Philip Laney and Jolly.
17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Were the letting agents for a flat I rented. Bounced between Laura and Katherine during my time. A professional service and amenable to ensure they could accommodate when necessary to ensure I was present for inspections. As with any change over there were teething problems but I was always treated with respect and the team friendly. My main feedback would be that at times written communication can feel very direct and formal compared to face to face or over the phone; however this is likely due to the legal side of the business ensuring they’re covered.

They were professional, proactive, and always kept me updated throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble — they were patient, reassuring, and genuinely cared about getting everything over the line smoothly. Moving can be stressful, but Mark and Paul made it feel so much more manageable. Their communication was excellent, their advice was spot on, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. If you’re looking for estate agents who are knowledgeable, responsive, and truly go the extra mile, these are your people. Thank you both so much — I’m so grateful for all your hard work!

9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I was a buyer of a property Allan Morris Malvern were selling, and found them to be very helpful, honest and good with communicating. They always got back to me with queries. Kate and Lee were particularly helpful more so than my agent, not be local to the area their honest imput was useful. Kate and Lee were very friendly and approachable and went out of their way with things like collecting the keys when I had a vey nervous cat in the car.
2nd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Dan and his fabulous team sold our house for us early in 2024. We could not fault their service. Their communication with us was exceptional, always checking in, discussing the market, making sure we were informed at every step through the process. Great communication throughout as well, with a genuine sense of urgency when it was needed. Low fees compared to the bigger firms in Herefordshire but a much more personable service and better outcome

2nd Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)I haven’t moved for 42 years. It was a terrifying thought and I had to find somewhere else to live, also terrifying. Heather was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions (there were lots) and helped me with both selling my house and purchasing my next home. I’ve been kept up to date with every process and phone calls. She has made it so much easier than I was expecting. Very on the ball. Thank you Heather and your team.
