Brices were always quick to address any issues, always responded to emails and calls and acted fairly and professionally as an intermediate between myself and the landlord. Adam was patient, understanding and truly did his absolute best to get me over the finishing line in a timeframe that would work for me.<br>Adam is a fantastic and a driven individual which was a pleasure to work and collaborate with. I would reccomend him anytime!
7th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)They have been generally good to deal with and have been efficient. Where there have been minor errors and changes to sort out, these have been dealt with promptly. I have had the complication of being in Hertfordshire selling my sister's property in Brighton. This has been handled well so far .

Communication has been excellent from start to finish, and he has been very easy to deal with at every stage. It’s been a genuine pleasure working with him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

They've really taken the time to get to know our needs. They have been patient and accommodating with us asking for lots of repeat viewings.

John and David are both friendly and very professional. All enquiries were dealt with promptly. We would thoroughly recommend using their services.
10th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!

They provided clear guidance throughout, making sure everything was straightforward and stress-free. If you're looking to rent a flat in Hove, I can’t recommend Belvoir Letting Agents enough – they truly offer a first-class service!

The property my friends and I were after was lovely- we had paid a holding deposit and despite the info being on their website saying that they can not legally keep it for more than 15 days ( it has been 19) when telling mark this he got extremely hostile. It seems mark gets a kick at verbally abusing young women over the phone.<br>The lack of communication between this company and us has been appalling and would not recommend to anyone. Save yourself the aggravation and apply to literally anywhere else.<br>If you do apply through them, expect no communication and aggression when explaining your rights

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Not having used an Estate Agent for over forty years it was great to find a local family firm. We choose Hanover Homes & Ian Wilkinson as his valuation for an intestate property sale was very detailed and well put together. The subsequent sales brochure was also presented in a great format that produced many viewings. This resulted in the property being sold in seven days after going to market. I would also like to mention Josh and the rest of the team in the office always helpful and most professional.

He was an absolute dream to have as the estate agent handling our purchase.<br><br>Buying a house is such a stressful process, but Dan made it feel so much easier. He was hugely supportive, diligent and incredibly responsive throughout. He gave us his time, shared his expertise freely and always made us feel that nothing was too much trouble.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive he was in keeping things moving and helping us navigate what can often feel like a complicated and frustrating process. His calm, professional and genuinely helpful approach made a huge difference.<br><br>Thanks to Dan, this was probably the smoothest house purchase we have ever experienced. He is a real credit to Number Twenty Four, and we would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property.
17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We met Alexandra when she showed us round another home we were looking at and were immediately struck by her manner - friendly, honest and very knowledgeable - she knows her market really well. We decided to then use Alexandra to market our house, which was a decision we are so happy we made. The marketing she provides is far superior to other agents which definitely showed in the interest she achieved for our house. She got an amazing amount of viewings booked in and found a great buyer. We were incredibly lucky that she also arranged our purchase as well. House buying can be incredibly stressful, especially when you have to chase people down for answers and responses, Alexandra managed all this beautifully and made the process much easier than it should have been. I have already recommended her to family members and friends and will continue to do so. We can’t thank her enough.
