Rob’s valuation was spot on and clearly based on a strong understanding of the local market. The marketing was excellent and the team moved quickly to get the property in front of serious buyers. Dan and the team who handled the viewings did a great job presenting the house, while Charlie kept everything organised and moving smoothly. Most importantly, they were proactive, professional and genuinely helpful throughout. They exceeded expectations and helped me find the right buyer. A big thank you to Rob, Dan, Charlie and the team. 23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)I chose DW Smith in Hanham to sell my childhood home, where my parents had lived for nearly 67 years after they both passed away. It has not been an easy process emotionally but from the first visit of Dave Smith to value the house & whose local knowledge & friendly personality was a major decision in choosing the best Estate Agent to market the house to the processing of the sale I can honestly say all the staff especially Karen who has been the point of contact after accepting the offer on the house have been amazing. I certainly made the right decision in choosing a small independent Estate Agent!

From initial discussions early in the process to submitting our mortgage application and offer acceptance. Even after our offer has been made he continues to offer support with any questions and I cannot recommend him enough. We have had a brilliant process with Perry Bishop throughout and everyone has been amazing!- 4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I found the flat I was looking for in a very popular area where demand is high, and things had to be done quickly. Adelaide was the dream agent, responsive, friendly, professional, informed, supportive and with a sense of humour. My experience with Allan and Harris was excellent, attentive and personal. 28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)I had a really positive experience selling my flat through Ocean and Sadie was fantastic throughout — friendly, responsive and always easy to deal with. The process took longer than expected due to delays on the buyer’s side, but Sadie kept things moving and kept me well informed at every stage. I always felt supported and reassured during this stressful time. I’d happily recommend Sadie and the team and am very grateful for all her help.

4th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Me and my partner have been house hunting for a a few months and nothing was feeling right for what we wanted for our first home together, then I received a call from Connells regarding a property I had inquired about, and I spoke with someone ( iforgot his name now) but He was very professional and arranged a viewing for us, we were a bit nervous at first as we have been let down by the other viewings but they was confident they would find our first home. We actually submitted our application the day after the viewing because we just had the feeling ‘when you know you know’ we couldnt let it go and we haven’t looked back. It was approved/ accepted a few days later. From that point on, Connells was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, anyone who I spoke to was helpful and guided us through everything, and we never had to chase for updates they always kept us informed with the whole process from start to finish. I Couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone, they really do go above and beyond for you. Thanks everyone at Connell’s kingswood :)
31st Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I've had recent dealings with Glen. Which i can honesty say, i was left shocked at his tone and attitude! He was extremely rude, not just to me, but to the young tenant that is renting, he has shouted at her down the phone and also just hangs up, whilst you're still talking. I was trying to help a friend's daughter who currently rents a flat with Palmer Snell. Which is her first time renting a property. Well all I can say is the whole experience with them has really upset her and left her feeling very anxious. Since Dec, the tenant has contacted the Canford heath branch regarding many issues with the property. At christmas time, the electric kept tripping, found it was due to an unsafe ceiling light in the front room, the fan in the bathroom, was removed by an electrician eventually, which poured out with water, severe mould in the bedroom, and there is so much more. The tenant has also recently found out they're pregnant, tenant wanted to move out, however Glen has advised they cannot!!!!! Not all of the issues have been resolved and Glen will not help them with a reference for early release, instead he is extremely unhelpful and very very rude!!!! There is absolutely zero customer service by Glen, and when tenant said they struggle and have dyslexia, Glen was not unstanding in the slightest. The point of this review, is because the young adult, is having to stay there due to them not agreeing to the early release, with mould it will cause more health issues, Glen's response is they have a dehumidifier, when the flat is run entirely on electric, with dodgy electrics as it is, causing more expense, hers and her partners belongings, clothes are damp and covered in mould!!! Or the other response was, the young adult moves out and pays rent until they find another tenant!!! So unfortunately we're having to wait for the early release to come in May, but it shouldn't have to be like this and what a poor experience for a young adult to endure in there 1st renting experience ????

Do avoid the companies attached solicitors though, they are dreadfully slow.

Moving house can be incredibly stressful, but the team made the entire transition from the initial viewing to the key handover completely smooth and straightforward. I want to give a huge shout-out to Frankie in particular. Frankie was a massive help throughout the process—always professional, attentive, and ready to answer any questions I had. If you are looking for a reliable letting agency, I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for making my move such a positive experience!

Andy is always available, calm, knowledgeable, helpful and cannot do enough. If you’re looking for someone who has a personal approach, the knowledge and skill to sell your property for the best price, Andy can do it! I cannot recommend him enough, it’s been outstanding both times!

Buying a home can be stressful at the best of times, but the team kept everything moving smoothly and were always easy to deal with. A big shoutout to Kerry Thomas, who's been fantastic throughout. She was open and transparent throughout the whole process, kept me updated without me ever needing to chase, and was always happy to answer any questions. It's made the whole thing feel a lot less daunting. If you’re buying or selling, I’d definitely recommend HoldenCopley.

We had issues with the sale that Challenger Burgess quickly resolved, and I think the level of service they provided throughout the sale process was top-notch. I really appreciated the regular communication they provided and always felt I knew what was going on.
