29th Oct 2015 (10 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)

8th May 2026 (3 days ago)The staff are extremely helpful and polite once in your home they treat it with respect and keep you informed every step of the way, The leader of the branch is Charlie King who leads by example and expects his team to match his enthusiasm,. After having my house listed with another agent for six weeks with very little action or communication. Charlie was sure he could sell my house in two weeks, but in all honesty it took them four days and that was because there was a bank holiday! The error I made was not using them as my first choice DO NOT make my error . use Balgores first.

I move from Belgium to UK last summer and I found my current house via Carter Jonas and I could not be more surprised with how supportive the members of this company are especially Anton Frost ,Lauren Howse , Leisa Jacson, Megan Roots and Eleanor Penney who I am extremely grateful for as they have been there for me constantly to answer any questions or queries I have no matter how small or silly. They have given me constant attention ,support ,help and reassurance and I couldn’t be more thankful. I am absolutely over the moon with the service, support and help I have received from Carter Jonas as a whole.
