11th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)I cannot speak highly enough of the Team at Browne Estates, particularly Ian and Jo. They recently sold my flat in Bromley. Communication was really good, I was kept up to date on the progress and they went above and beyond in regards to assisting with issues, questions and communication between myself and the buyer. My solicitor was dragging their heals so really appreciate everything they did to get the sale over the line.
31st Aug 2020 (5 years ago)This company has been managing 3 properties for me for 7 years. They are efficient and reliable and easy to communicate to. I would not trust anybody else to look after my properties and would highly recommend them.

29th Oct 2015 (10 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)
4th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)I WISH I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS. FRANCIS HAS NO MORALES. HE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE. HE HOLDS BACK RENT THINKING THE OWNERS WONT NOTICE. AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENTS AT ALL COST.
21st Feb 2026 (29 days ago)I strongly advise landlords to be extremely cautious when dealing with Fair Links Estate Agents. My experience has been deeply disappointing and has resulted in significant financial loss. The company Directors, Ali Muhammad and Arif Muhammad, were friends with the tenant and looked at his interest rather than the Landlords. Throughout the tenancy, my concerns and formal complaints were repeatedly ignored. Communication was poor, emails and letters went unanswered, and I felt that issues were consistently avoided rather than resolved. The tenant Mir Ikhlaq was placed in my property, which fell into substantial arrears—over £30,000—yet despite the agent being fully aware of the outstanding amount, the deposit was released without my consent. This goes against the expectations of transparency and proper procedure under the government?approved deposit protection schemes. When the tenants were finally evicted, the property was left in an unacceptable condition, including hygiene issues and evidence of pests. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Fair Links Estate Agents to any landlord. I would urge others to proceed with caution and ensure they have robust safeguards in place before entrusting their property to this agency.

I move from Belgium to UK last summer and I found my current house via Carter Jonas and I could not be more surprised with how supportive the members of this company are especially Anton Frost ,Lauren Howse , Leisa Jacson, Megan Roots and Eleanor Penney who I am extremely grateful for as they have been there for me constantly to answer any questions or queries I have no matter how small or silly. They have given me constant attention ,support ,help and reassurance and I couldn’t be more thankful. I am absolutely over the moon with the service, support and help I have received from Carter Jonas as a whole.
