28th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I recently viewed a flat and submitted an offer over the weekend. On Monday, I received the details for the holding deposit. Diego, Sunny, and Mariusz all assisted me equally and efficiently, helping me complete referencing and credit checks on the same day. During my search for a rental, I have often experienced estate agents who are slow, unresponsive, or difficult to get hold of. However, this company has been nothing but quick, efficient, and professional. I particularly appreciated that everything was handled online, which works best for me due to my busy work schedule.
5th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I am a young student and I had a great experience renting a room in Warwick Avenue with Houghton Estates. The room was lovely and if I ever had an issue, they dealt with it promptly. The area was absolutely beautiful and I’d love to live there again one day, and hopefully rent another property from them. I really recommend!
22nd Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Terrible experience with Olav and Edwards Estate Agents and I would discourage from using their services. I had a viewing of a property with Olav and put an offer for the asking price on 11/11/24. After 3 days waiting, contacted Olav again, who mentioned that landlady was busy due to her work and he asked to put in an email the issues I identified and requesting as part of the offer (minor decoration issues, change broken sink, property deep clean and removing the mattress and we would take our own). Just after 7 minutes, Olav replied "Just heard back from the Landlord that she cannot move the bed". Nothing regarding the offer or any of the other issues mentioned. Following week, after not hearing anything from Olav, I contacted him again to know if there was any update. He got very distressed with me calling again and at the end of the conversation he said, literally, "do not contact me again until I heard back from the landlady". Up to today I have not heard back from Olav to apologize or give any update.

1st Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Could't fault Druce, their strategy worked and they managed to secure above asking. I was with another agency prior to Druce and noticed a clear step change in terms of viewings, communication and action. Would thoroughly recommend this agents.

The whole team was great, but I especially want to mention Lee and Arzu – they were both so kind, genuine and professional throughout the process of finding a flat for me and my partner in East London. It made everything much less stressful knowing I was dealing with people I could really trust. I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

We had a very smooth purchase process because of his professional attitude and his capability to manage the relationship between us and our new home developer. It has been a pleasure liaising with him. Will recommend Caddingtons and Arthur to anyone looking for a home in London!

28th Jul 2020 (6 years ago)Quick, professional and reassuring. After an awful experience with another agency Greg at Paradigm gave myself and my flat mates faith again. He answered all our questions and went above and beyond, letting us know all our rights as renters, giving us draft tenancy agreements and passing us over to the landlord. Cannot recommend enough.

After agreeing to all terms, we proceeded exactly as instructed and even gave notice at our current home because the agency confirmed the deal was final. Then, at the last minute, they flipped the decision without any reasonable explanation. Their lack of responsibility has now left us in an extremely stressful situation. We trusted their word, made major life decisions based on their confirmation, and they showed zero professionalism or accountability. If you value your time, stability, and honest communication, avoid this agency. They made commitments, we acted on them, and they completely backed out—one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a letting agency.
