16th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)I recently assisted a friend in moving out of a London apartment she had rented through this agency. Unfortunately, our experience with the agency’s representative was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. My friend, who is currently outside the UK, had asked me to collect her remaining belongings and return the keys on her behalf. When we arrived simply to do this, the agent showed up and, in an almost assault-like manner, very aggressively yanked the keys out of my other friend’s hands. We were not refusing to hand them over at all — we were simply holding them because we were in the midst of packing up her things. This was an unnecessarily physical and intimidating act that felt entirely out of line. The agent behaved rudely and treated us as if we were second-class citizens, even though we were only there to help peacefully resolve the situation on behalf of someone who couldn’t be present herself. At no point did we cause any disturbance; we were simply doing what was asked of us. It is completely unacceptable for a business representative to use physical aggression or intimidation in any circumstance. We do understand that the agency may have had prior problems with our friend — the tenant who is currently not in the UK. However, we were not her, and we had nothing to do with any prior disputes. The disrespect and aggression we were shown were completely unnecessary and unprofessional. What’s more, the incident left my friend in tears, highlighting just how distressing and unwarranted the agent’s behavior was. No one should ever be made to feel unsafe or humiliated in a situation like this. One staff member’s actions reflect the entire business, and based on this encounter, it’s clear that no one should have to deal with an agency that treats people this way. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect is beyond disappointing, and I strongly caution others to stay away from this agency entirely.

11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !

Very attentive, professional, helpful, speedy, and always made sure everything was taken care of. I had my property on the market for months with no luck, then I moved to a different estate agent who managed to sell it straight away. I found them to be unprofessional and dishonest. The best thing anyone can do is use another estate agent, a professional one not Man & Co.

27th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE. If there was only zero stars… A couple of weeks ago, water from the men’s toilet on our floor was literally flowing down the stairs and also through elevator shaft. The smell was disgusting, and there was visible sewage which we have to step into to be able to exit. And no - this wasn’t the first time something like this has happened. We had no choice but to walk through that filthy water just to get out of the office. When I went to reception to ask for the bare minimum - reimbursement for cleaning my shoes - the regional manager, Farah, couldn’t have been more dismissive. Instead of helping, she snapped that they “aren’t liable for damages,” talked down to me like I was her child, and then turned away mid-conversation as if I wasn’t worth her time and said ‘you clearly don’t understand’ then turned her head towards display. This one clearly loves drama, seeing what other residents have to say. Maybe some management or how to deal with people classes... I just wanted to find some base ground as the damage was made from their fault, but they clearly don’t care. I had to spend £30 from my money to clean my shoes. If this is how management treats people, it tells you everything you need to know. Avoid this place at all costs!
27th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)Very grateful to Stuart and Lewis at Bromley Property Company. They managed to sell my mother's house in less than a week for the full asking price. A very impressive feat given how tough the market is for sellers at the moment! They're extremely helpful, friendly people to deal with and did a great job of liaising between my mother and the buyer. To top it all off, their fees are much lower than most local estate agents. I'll definitely use Bromley Property Company when I sell my own property. Huge thanks, Stuart and Lewis!
13th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)We went to view a few properties and had the pleasure of meeting Kriztina. She was amazing—very kind, sincere, and extremely knowledgeable about her work. She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Kriztina explained everything clearly and in detail, and she patiently answered every question we asked. We met her a few times during our search, and each time she was just as welcoming and helpful. As I am dyslexic, I especially appreciated how patient and understanding she was with me. It meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier. Although I am no longer looking for a property, I would like to wish her all the very best for the future. If I ever need help with finding a property again, she will be the first person I contact. Thank you very much for all your help. Mohammad

12th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I am writing this behalf of my uncle because he doesn’t speak English last year he rented a flat from these people they all so speak Turkish so my uncle paid them admission fees which by law they don’t have the right to ask him for admission fees but they did why because my uncle doesn’t speak English and he’s only been in uk for one and half years and then they asked him for weeks rent 2 months deposit again buy law they can only ask 4 week’s and when he left the flat they only give his one moths rent back said to him we only had one month deposit of yours horrible people

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!

He was always well presented and welcoming. We would highly recommend Waqas at Maybury Estate Agents. Waqas is an active listener, which is a very important skill needed for us sellers/buyers and whether communicating on the phone or in person, he was always personable, amicable, enthusiastic and ready to assist. No question or task was too big or too small for him to answer/action to make this stressful process a little easier. Waqas made light work of selling our property, it sold quickly, smoothly, efficiently and we got the price we wanted. Waqas kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. We found ourselves in a difficult situation at the end of the move, where we had completed and ran out of time to move everything out of the property, Waqas was there, out of hours, physically assisting us, move items out of the house, whilst also keeping the buyers happy. If there was ever a person that should be in a job like this, we found him! We sincerely thank you Waqas from the bottom of our hearts for all your hard work, commitment, patience and management, through some very trying situations, preventing a volatile and stressful situation from becoming escalated.
