19th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)I think Ashton are more aimed at selling houses than flats/apartments. They contacted me once, right near the end of the contract. I had to call them to find out feedback and if viewings took place. This was a little disappointing.
10th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Aspire's valuation our property was higher than any other estate agents, they helped to sell our property with great communication, with a partnership approach. Their services were value for money. They understood our objectives and style, were creative, were easy to reach. They have no rivals in the local SW6 market knowledge. I would recommend them to a friend.
9th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)I would strongly advise against using this agency. We had an offer accepted by a landlord and were sent the contract and all payment details late Friday afternoon. Interestingly, they don’t take holding deposits (claiming they "don't operate that way"), yet they expected us to sign and transfer a very large sum of money immediately without having our questions answered. By Monday morning, we had cleared all queries, completed references, and signed the contract. After being told to wait for the landlord's "green light" for several hours while we were ready to pay, we were suddenly told the landlord had accepted another identical offer. The excuse given was that the "market is competitive," which is a poor cover for unprofessionalism. They wasted our time, energy, and personal data. Avoid if you want a transparent or reliable process.
14th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)From the initial meeting/valuation through the viewings to the offer & sale process, David Conway provided a great service. Their on-line tools were really helpful monitoring progress. The staff were friendly, very considerate and helpful.

3rd Jul 2026 (6 days ago)I can honestly say that the service I received from Hunters , particularly Saif Shefe was outstanding. This is not my first house sale , but by far the best support and service I have experienced to date . As things became bogged down with solicitors, Saif took personal charge and moved things along proactively.. He called me regularly and let me know how things were progressing. He personally negotiated with other parties and cleared many obstacles . True to say he went above and beyond to complete this sale in a very reasonable time frame and at an even more reasonable cost . Many thanks
28th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)I’ve had a nightmare experience with john co since the very beginning. First, they were incredibly inefficient with the move-in process, delaying my tenancy start date by three weeks and leaving the property vacant for that entire time. What makes this even more ridiculous is that they failed to carry out mandatory safety inspections (EICR, Gas Safety, EPC) during those three weeks of vacancy. Instead, they have contacted me three times in just my first three weeks of living here, demanding access for various contractors. It feels as though they are using me as an unpaid property manager to coordinate their overdue maintenance. If you value your time, privacy, and mental peace, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their management is a complete mess.

She had a key role in the transaction and actually made it happen despite a very delayed timeline and some unhelpful roadblocks in between - she was always available, and always trying to bring everyone and everything together, with amazing communication throughout and one clear focus on getting the deal over the finish line. Stellar job from her side I must say. Very glad she was involved and will happily go back to her for any future property endeavours!
