They shared feedback and assisted the sale once we had a buyer by facilitating communication and giving sound advice. Most of the staff at Roy Brooks are female. I would recommend them.

Throughout my entire tenancy, the team, especially Kamal, Sheetal and Jyothy were incredibly professional and transparent. Any issues were handled promptly, and communication was always clear and honest. It’s rare to find an agency that maintains such high standards over such a long period. I truly felt like a valued tenant and would highly recommend Sonia estates and the team to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy agency."
6th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Ten days before Xmas I had the onerous task of asking tenants to leave as I had major structural problems in my house but trying to rehouse someone at that time added to my problems. I called into Winkworths to ask the impossible question but was met with welcoming smiles and a solution to my problem.<br><br>I can recommend the new owners Rob and Abbie and their longstanding member of staff, Tom for all their positiveness and help in what appeared to be an impossible situation, particularly at that time of the year. Well done Winkworths and Good Luck with your new venture. I will certainly go back again.
4th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)Gabriella helped us with our search for a flat to rent in October, 2020. She was very attentive and understood what we were looking for right away. She showed us several properties that were excellent matches for our search. She kept an eye on the market for us, giving us the first viewings on new properties. We ended up renting something else but I could not recommend her more. Finding a nice home to rent in London is always challenging and Gabriella made it a great experience for us. I will definitely work again with her and this company in the future.

16th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)My sale hasn’t completed yet, but after a year of trying to sell with Purple Bricks, who were abysmal, I have a good offer after four weeks and so far everything is going smoothly. The team at Winkworth’s is friendly, engaging and knowledgeable, and they do what they say they say they’re going to do. Would recommend.

So much so, that we also had Gareth sell our house recently. His honesty, professionalism and commitment is on a different level. One of the best selling experiences that I've had.

17th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Poor unprofessional<br>4 weeks of only one way of communication from my end. 8 -12 calls to know update and apparently the property is rented out prior.<br><br>Spoke to 3 different people and all come put with different stories.<br><br>No professional conduct whatsoever.
