10th Jan 2026 (5 mo. ago)We had been with Greenlands for almost 3 years, they have been very good landlords/agents. Any requests were immediately acted upon, fixing things were very quick. They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!

1st Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Our agent, David Hurt was excellent from start to finish. Even before the initial meeting with him he had done some research and really had a feel for what type of property we are selling and what the most likely buyers would be looking for. David has kept us informed every step of the way and provided really helpful feedback to help us find our buyer. We would completely recommend David to anyone selling their property.
12th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)We were very confident Rsk was going to sell our flat. They kept trying to make us decrease the price. After 3 months we had an offer very close to our selling price. They dragged the selling process with the buyer for so long (another 4 months) and the buyer started to decrease the price just before the exchange date saying that he didn’t have enough money for the initial offer. Rsk did nothing about it. It seemed that they were working for the buyer and not for ourselves. So the buyer pulled out and we waisted 6 months in all. As some reviews mention they are liars. Their communication during the selling process was appalling. Zak seemed very good though, a shame.

23rd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Winkworth were incredibly helpful throughout the process. The buyer and his solicitor messed me around forever at a difficult time for me. Without Winkworth 'on my side', I might well have given up and taken the flat off the market. They always took my calls, always followed up, always got back to me - that made the difference.

21st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I am really surprised by this rate. This agency provides the worst service. Actually, it doesn’t provide anything, it just takes money from tenants. The houses are full of rodents, and pest control never visits despite all the complaints from tenants. The internet is not working properly, which prevents people from working from home. The food bin has been full for more than two months, and no one has taken it away. Where else should tenants complain to ensure basic safety standards are met? If nothing is fixed, I will upload photos so other people can see the conditions.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

Their knowledge of the local area, access to the market and advice are second to none. Robyn was hugely helpful, professional and knowledgeable through all stages of the sale and purchase, and Jen was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping us rent a suitable property for the interim. If you are looking for a lovely home in Shepherds Bush, you need look no further.

15th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)Id just like to say a huge thank you to Christie and David for their kind, very knowledgeable, support and hand holding through the current minefield that is letting a property. They readily put me at ease and fully explained how the process works, given i was embarassingly clueless on many issues. They gave much needed, clear and concise information about current legislation, requirements and timescales, and kept me updated on progress during the actual lettings process. Definitely an above and beyond approach. Its given me the confidence to continue as a landord. I especially appreciate the fixed fee for clearly listed services that other companies either didnt offer or were 'add on costs'.
29th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)I wanted to bring to all Landlords attention, that Smart Move Estate Agent has got a criminal records. Smart Move Estate Argent unfair withheld all of the deposit money and refused to co-operate with me and my solicitor. They failed to return all the calls made by my solicitor and myself and ignored all our letters. Tenant was evicted out of my property and it was in a state of some considerable damaged upon the tenancy coming to an end and I had to spend in excess of £2,000 in remedying the problems. I have taking Smart Move Estate Agent to small claim court and I have won the whole of the deposit money. Also I have provided ample notice of my desire to dispose of Smart Move Estate Agent services and yet despite this they have continued to charge me, in my view without justification. I have issued the tenant with a section 21 notice, giving them at least two months notice to leave, but the tenant ignored the notices. I have also gave Smart Move Estate Agent two months notice that I did not required their service any more and I will manage my tenant until they will be evicted out, Smart Move Estate Agent have ignored all my letters and continued to make charge. I have clearly put them on notice that I no longer want the company to represent me concerning the collection of the rent etc as to my property. I find them reluctance to accept this disappointing and clearly in breach of the recent remarks of the Court of Appeal in the Foxtons Case. I was seeking a refund from them as to commission paid and subsequent to notice terminating they retainer. I have also took Smart Move Estate Agent to small claim court and unfortunately I have lost the court hearing, because I did not had the evidence showing that the tenant paid Smart Move Estate Agent rent money. Tenant told me that they have paid the rent money to the Smart Move Estate Agent, but tenant refused to provide me the evidence and this is way Smart Move Estate Agent has got the criminal record. Smart owning showed the judge 12 months transactions and lied to the judge and said that they have accept the terminating from me, they never showed the other transactions. Also Smart Move Estate Agent carried out repairs without letting me know first, and charged me when the item was one year guarantee, Smart Move Estate Agent sent me two invoices, the first one they sent to me was a washing machine invoice and then they changed they mind when I said the washing machine had a one year guarantee and then they said it was a fridge freeze, I also said to them that was also one year guarantee. They refused to give me the receipt; it showed that they have not repaired anything. At the court hearing they had a made up receipt, which was too late. I have also taken them to small claim court and I have won. That why I want to tell you my story to all the Landlord out there to beware of Smart Move Estate Agent Residential Sales & Lettings 16b The Concourse, Edmonton Green, London, N9 0TY. I find them rude and when they wrote a letter to my solicitor the letters were all mis-spelled, and they wanted to charge me ever letter they wrote to my solicitor. Good News! I am so glad to see the back of Smart Move Agent in Edmonton Green!

I told Manjit that I wanted to market my house fir interested developers as my house was a corner plot and had potential to build on to make a couple of apartments on it. Manjit got me the buyer’s I wanted, although it did take a bit of time due to planning permission etc. we got there in the end and I got the asking price I wanted. I am very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend anyone to give Martin & Co a chance to market their property to achieve their asking price. Good work Manjit and your team.
29th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)They keep reporting and removing reviews. My review had twenty likes on it as so many people think the same- this agency needs to be out of business! Two extremelly disrespectful men, who run the agency, hopefully will be shut down soon! They are literally operating by providing illegal certificates, fake information and letting flats, that do not have a very basic living standards! Please, take my word and avoid these people as much as you can, because this review will be too long to describe in detail, what are they putting their tenants through.Once they got your money, you will be ignored for ever. Terrible people, including their staff, who was half an hour late to the viewing without even excusing, and made awful judging comments. AVOID!!!

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout.
