21st Feb 2026 (29 days ago)I had a viewing for a flat in Park Royal NW10 7GD with this company today at 3:00pm I confirmed the viewing but when I arrived no agent was there I called and called and called no answer And no one called me to cancel the viewing or apologise This is disrespectful and waste of peoples time ??????????
9th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Absolutely terrible estate agents from a tenants perspective. They ignore all your emails until your tenancy renewal is due, at which point you’ll be sure to receive an email demanding more money for the rent if you wish to stay. This will be the only time you can expect any replies from them and even then it’s an uphill battle. Be warned.

7th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)I had the pleasure of connecting with pointview estates but to contact them is very tedious even though they respond it takes ages even in emergencies there is no one to speak to . The customer service they provide is fine but it very disappointing you cannot reach them out of hours .I have had to now find out that my deatils have been misused by the association of these people who they are renting properties to very disappointed as this has now made me very angry.i will not use their services again as the people who they work with are thieves.Do not use these people to find property their associates are terrible and their tenants as well avoid at all costs I have learnt the hard way never again avoid!!

For all the challenges and stresses that selling a house brings, the only thing that kept me grounded was Mark and Peter. Professional from start to finish, always empathetic and supportive of our needs, and worked so hard to get the very best outcome we had hoped for. We are so very, very grateful! 9th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)One of the worst letting experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, emails ignored, phones often not answered, and only after days of chasing did we find out the landlord wouldn’t accept a guarantor, despite this being clear from the start. They completely wasted our time and money. - Update, in reponse to owner's comment: Terrible, misleading experience. From day one we clearly stated on the offer form that we needed a guarantor, and your agent Daniel explicitly told us this was fine. You then dragged things out for about a week from the last week of November, taking documents and running checks, only to suddenly claim at the end that “the landlord doesn’t accept a guarantor.” That guarantor requirement was on the original form you sent to the landlord, she accepted the offer on that basis, and I even asked again and you confirmed it was okay. Hiding behind “duty of care” after wasting our time and blocking us from renting elsewhere is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

30th Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)Don't rent! Don’t rent! Don’t rent a house with this agency! You struggle to get your deposit back! They don’t have any reason to keep my deposit, landlord has accepted 1 month ago that was no problem with the property and they are not giving my deposit back! After 3 years with this agency they didn’t care about us, luckily the landlord was next door to sort out the problems!

8th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I was very pleased with the communication between Paul from the Cleckheaton Branch and myself, he talked me through everything and was available when I needed questions answered, I was updated at all times of prospective buyers of my property and of course helped to guide me through the sale which I was grateful for.
10th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)OHRE made up our valuation way over the asking price and couldn'tunderstandwhy it didnt sell. , He was terrible at communicating viewings to us and in the end we went with Beaufort Green who were fantastic.
31st Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Just a typical estate agent that are nice to you to get you to sign the contract, after that they treat you like they are the ones doing you a favour. Very rude and abrupt, you’d think there would be an element of care or desire to provide great customer service considering the amount of competition there is. Recommendation = avoid
