16th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)I recently assisted a friend in moving out of a London apartment she had rented through this agency. Unfortunately, our experience with the agency’s representative was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. My friend, who is currently outside the UK, had asked me to collect her remaining belongings and return the keys on her behalf. When we arrived simply to do this, the agent showed up and, in an almost assault-like manner, very aggressively yanked the keys out of my other friend’s hands. We were not refusing to hand them over at all — we were simply holding them because we were in the midst of packing up her things. This was an unnecessarily physical and intimidating act that felt entirely out of line. The agent behaved rudely and treated us as if we were second-class citizens, even though we were only there to help peacefully resolve the situation on behalf of someone who couldn’t be present herself. At no point did we cause any disturbance; we were simply doing what was asked of us. It is completely unacceptable for a business representative to use physical aggression or intimidation in any circumstance. We do understand that the agency may have had prior problems with our friend — the tenant who is currently not in the UK. However, we were not her, and we had nothing to do with any prior disputes. The disrespect and aggression we were shown were completely unnecessary and unprofessional. What’s more, the incident left my friend in tears, highlighting just how distressing and unwarranted the agent’s behavior was. No one should ever be made to feel unsafe or humiliated in a situation like this. One staff member’s actions reflect the entire business, and based on this encounter, it’s clear that no one should have to deal with an agency that treats people this way. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect is beyond disappointing, and I strongly caution others to stay away from this agency entirely.

They made what is usually a stressful and painful process of finding a new home to rent feel incredibly easy and straightforward. Thanks to their help, I was able to find my new home, and I’m so grateful for the support throughout the process.<br><br>A special mention to Cameron Muncie, who has been an absolute champ! He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional from start to finish. Whenever I had a question or needed help, Cameron was always quick to respond and made sure everything was clear and taken care of.<br><br>It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a difference in what can otherwise be a very frustrating process. 17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

6th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Having dealt with many estate agents over the last 6 months in an attempt to find the right property, it was a pleasure to find an agent who not only cared, but kept us permanently informed of the progress at every step. Even when we struggled trying to download various bank statements etc., they took the trouble to come to our property and spent 2 1/2 hours downloading documents for us. We were in constant contact with Sam Jamani and Matthew at the Worcestet Park branch. We would definitely recommend them to any landlord looking for an agent to act for them.

18th May 2025 (1 year ago)Bartletts gave us an exceptional service. From day one they were doing all they could to find us a buyer and what impressed me the most was their communication. Every week they provided an update and Darren or Kristian accompanied prospective buyers on every occasion and took a detailed history of the property and surrounding area. Once a buyer was found, they helped us negotiate on the property we were buying out of the area! This is not an estate agent, this is a personal service that will get you moved to where you want go. Well done team, an awesome experience.
