3rd Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Luke the owner of the agencies is very hands on - a bright, straight forward guy who is very personable and confident in what he is doing. But the 'star of the show' is Rita one of his negotiators. Her dedication to the task at hand and willingness to 'go the extra mile or two' is impressive. Without her my London flat would never have sold in a an atrocious 'climate' ... everyone and their cat were wanting to up sticks and move out of the big city.

Businesses are made up of people and Mylako has some great professionals working there who take the needs and situations of their customers very seriously and it shows with the correction of issues relating to works needing to be done, accounts to be paid and a myriad of other things for which a capable and willing managing agent is essential
13th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)I used Michael Morris as my letting agent and then to sell my property, and my experience with them was always excellent. The whole team, and in particular Michele, helped me immensely through my journey as a landlord and as a seller. I had great tenants, both of whom remained in the property for many years without any issue, and Michael Morris was always on hand to provide assistance to both them and myself. I highly recommend anyone considering letting or selling a property to choose Michael Morris.

28th Feb 2020 (6 years ago)ARQ Homes Estate Agent was recommended to me to get a lettings valuation's appraisal for my house. Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. Thank you for being passionate and professional in this sector. I will definitely recommend Abdul of ARQ Homes to my friends and family. Mustafa

She is a lovely, friendly, knowledgeable agent who was so committed to us as clients and was able to find us the exact type of property we were looking for. She went above and beyond to help us navigating in this crazy London market and we are very grateful for her. She really is an asset to the KFH team.

26th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)This is the worst service I’ve ever received from any company. Since Day 1, they don’t reply usually when you’re asking questions. They postpone many things and lied about some issues. For Example, our fridge has been broken because it was old we’ve asked them a couple of times and they said they’ve already ordered a new one but we could see when they’ve ordered. You need to chase them for anything. The most disappointing part was, they’ve tried to charge the thing or issues that have been already damaged from the deposit I paid. It’s been almost 2 months and they didn’t refund my deposit. I said ok for many things just for the sake to receive our deposit back. They’ve even tried to charge 275£ for cleaning and I said OK even my flat was not much clean when I moved in. They tried to charge cutlery which belongs to a former tenant or an already broken clothes hanger. When we asked for the kitchen stuff or replacing these things they said “ These are personal things, and we cannot supply” but at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge. I strongly DON’T suggest working with this agency. If you can find another place to move in go with them. They are the worst! They don’t do what they need to do. I’d like to suggest taking a photo of every inch of the flat! Every single detail is just for keeping a record on your own. As I said don’t work with them, if you need to take photos and keep send them for recording.
7th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)If there were 6 stars that's what I'd give this place! A really gorgeous hotel in the best location you could wish for in London. The hotel itself is cosy but not small, the rooms are really beautiful and great care has been taken to ensure they are really comfortable and clean. In addition to that the staff are absolutely lovely. We will be back!!!
24th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I requested the removal of Jarvis Keller’s “sold” board in August 2024. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups over months, no action was taken and communication eventually stopped altogether. I was repeatedly told this would be handled, but no date was ever confirmed and the sign remained on my property without consent. This is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of professionalism and basic post-sale responsibility. I would not recommend Jarvis Keller based on this experience.
