The staff at the Winkworth office are all very professional and work with you to achieve the right sale for the property with the right level of support throughout the process. They ARE NOT the pushy irritating Estate Agents I experienced when selecting the right one to work with. From start to finish I found the service provided by both James and Daryl first class. 28th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)A few things which we were promised which they didn’t deliver on, we went with this estate agent because they said they’d have multiple offices working on our property, but it ended up being just one office in a different area to where we were selling. We were there for some of the viewings and they didn’t know answers to basic questions which we know we had given them information for

Any issues reported were fixed very promptly. Kaizer and Maryam are very professional and approachable. Highly recommend 444 services to tenants and landlords.

13th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.
29th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I am very disappointed with my experience.<br>I visited the office 6 times to speak with the director, arranged a meeting which was cancelled an hour before the appointment, and was repeatedly told that I would receive a call back. Unfortunately, I often had to chase for updates myself.<br>I made it clear by email, phone and in person that I wanted to rent the property. Despite this, I was eventually told that the property had already been let.<br>I understand that the landlord makes the final decision, and I have no issue with that. My disappointment is with the lack of communication and the amount of time I spent waiting for promised callbacks and updates that never came.<br>A simple and honest update would have allowed me to continue my property search sooner. I hope the agency improves its communication with future applicants.
2nd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
