They are honest, very prompt to fixing things, they are very polite especially (Katie). I was with them for over 7 years and never had any regrets. God bless you all. Shalom
7th May 2024 (1 year ago)Rude estate agents who turn their noses up at those on dss, my daughter is getting dss due to having a baby and going back to work part time. Ashame really as I've put into the system, my parents have too and to make a person feel dreadful for claiming something not knowing their background is disgraceful, discriminative and dam right rude. Try talking to the council as they advise to rent privately! Do not use this estate agent as they clearly do not understand the current housing issue or care!

We had an issue with our onward purchase solicitor and Alban was very instrumental in chasing them and getting us over the line. Would have no hesitation in recommending Oakwood. Ian was quick to respond to emails, transparent about the application process, and processed everything efficiently and very quickly as me and my partner had to move in quick. They are ultra quick in arranging repairs if something breaks. Always willing to go the extra mile. They offer the personalised approach that you don't get with big agents. 10 out of 10
