5th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)I started looking for an apartment on Bank Holiday Monday in late May. I was delighted to encounter the team at Dexters who were keen to assist. I was greeted by Cory who I found to be interested in me and my criteria. A great conversation followed by a number of viewings facilitated across the patch. During the viewings I received a professional yet really personable response, great knowledge and confidence building for me as it is my first time renting and everything was new to me. I had so many questions and when Corey and I realised that I wished to expand my criteria, Corey facilitated alternatives and despite his having other customers to deal with intermittently I was able to receive a truly comprehensive service from him. We viewed 7 properties that day, I was so impressed to have achieved so much in one day, Luke also assisted in answering my queries later in the day and provided me with furniture rental information to help me consider all cost planning when considering furnished and unfurnished options. I got a superb service from Dexters and thank Corey particularly for making me feel comfortable, providing all the information I needed and providing me so many great opportunities to view in one day! Superb. Impressed by the follow up connection from him also. Brilliant job Corey and Luke.

16th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Was dealt the worst tenancy of my life through Lifestyle Property. Within 3 weeks of living at the flat we were burgled, front door was taken off the wall so we had no choice but to phone the landlord and was told we ‘ruined his Sunday evening’. The property made us all severely sick for months at the result of black mould. We had doctors notes and the landlord disregarded all proof that the mould was a result of poor insulation. Adam and the management team at Lifestyle property were reluctant to help in anyway, Adam asked us to send him evidence of the flat and instead of giving advice, he ignored emails and decided he no longer wanted to help. Useless estate agents and I would advise anyone to stay away from Lifestyle property, especially if the landlord is Lee Poppy.

8th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)I suspect the site was set up by a staff bs security limited who portray themselves as locksmiths. I called the number I found on this site and a rogue locksmith showed up in my home asking for callout fee he never mentioned when I asked about charges over the phone. Beware!

Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!

She was extremely efficient throughout the process and consistently proactive in chasing the sellers, the sellers’ solicitors, and our own solicitors to keep everything moving. Her communication was clear, timely, and reassuring during what can be a stressful time. Thanks to her dedication and professionalism, the whole process felt far smoother than expected. I would happily recommend Cauvery to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely committed estate agent.

17th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)We didn't end up going ahead with our sale in the end - some family timing meant it wasn't the right moment for us - but I wanted to leave a review anyway because Tom was excellent throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to use him when we do sell.<br><br>He came across as genuinely thorough from the first meeting, not just a sales pitch. He talked us through the marketing price versus what we might actually achieve, was clear about how the launch and pre-launch process works, and didn't try to rush us into anything. When we told him our circumstances had changed, he was completely understanding and no pressure about it, which honestly says a lot about how he'd handle things once you're actually on the market too.<br><br>If you're weighing up agents in the Edmonton area, I'd put him on your shortlist. Thorough, straightforward, no hard sell.
29th May 2025 (1 year ago)We rented a great property through Bennett Mason for over four years. Alex was an excellent agent - always responsive, respectful and straightforward to deal with. Any issues we had were sorted quickly and fairly. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area.
