They have gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion. They are quick to respond and resolve issues. You'd be making the right choice when choosing to from them.

13th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)After living in the Whitehall Park area for 20 years, when it came to looking to relocate to Northern England and sell our beloved home, it became quickly apparent that Whitehalls Estate Agents was the only sensible option! Gary handled our sale professionally and calmly; it was a pleasure working with him. His knowledge of the local area and market is unmatched, and we got a real sense that he knew how to achieve the best and most appropriate result for both seller and buyer. And he found us lovely people to buy our home which was really important to us. We welcomed his considered advice and he was proved right throughout! An enjoyable and comparatively speedy process, where the stress of moving and leaving the area was much reduced thanks to Gary. Thank you.
14th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold. Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert. But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude. Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings. Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine. Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.

At one stage, it looked as though the completion date might be delayed, but they worked diligently behind the scenes to keep everything on track and ensure the sale was completed on time. A special thank you to Noora and Farhan, who were always available to help with any questions or concerns. Their responsiveness, support, and commitment made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I would highly recommend Ellis & Co Tottenham to anyone looking to sell their property.

2nd Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Do not rent with this agency. Genuinely awful service, consistently unprofessional from the beginning, as they always supported the landlords over tenants. When we had no beds to sleep on for the first week despite being assured this was included in the contract, Tim assured us we would receive compensation, but when the landlords didn't agree, Tim told us to stop contacting him as we had put him in an awkward position.<br><br>The landlords themselves were genuinely the worst I have ever met. They consistently belittled, insulted, and made us feel so uncomfortable. Terrible people. During a power cut (caused by the landlord's failure to replace an old part), the landlords were totally useless. Due to this power cut, I had to stay elsewhere until it was fixed. When I reported this to the agency, the agency refused to take on board my concerns and supported the landlords.

The staff are very warm, kind, helpful and very professional, special mention to Dilraj who has been very helpful and understanding in every way. They kindly gave us full refund of the deposit after we left our rented house and did not deduct any money. I would highly recommend recommend Asford Agency to anyone looking for a trustworthy and a committed experience.

I was a novice to the house selling business but they took me through it very patiently and professionally. Their house valuation and assessment of the housing market was spot on.
19th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)I have had several problems with repairs to our building causing damage to my flat. Pryce Bravo has mostly ignored my messages and hasn’t actioned anything I’ve requested. We are paying a small fortune for Snellers services and they are not worth it. I’ve escalated to Simon, his manager, however, guess what? No reply.

13th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.
24th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)I requested the removal of Jarvis Keller’s “sold” board in August 2024. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups over months, no action was taken and communication eventually stopped altogether. I was repeatedly told this would be handled, but no date was ever confirmed and the sign remained on my property without consent. This is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of professionalism and basic post-sale responsibility. I would not recommend Jarvis Keller based on this experience.

We had two flats to sell from the family estate which was beleaguered with difficulties such as incorrect land-titles and council details. During the lengthy process Alex Decmar was always a calm guiding light through the storm. He was always contactable and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. My living overseas did not help and there were times when I would have understood if he had given up on us - but he saw it through. I feel forever grateful for his excellent advice throughout. If I could rate him higher than 5 stars I would.
