16th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Godfrey & Barr , (and in particular Barbara & Jonathan) were brilliant at helping us sell our property in what was (and still is it would appear) a particularly difficult housing market last year! Their advice, patience, professionalism, overall support and willingness to get things done was exemplary and very much appreciated... I can't recommend them, (or thank them), enough as the well established, knowledgeable local agents they are to able to help you also sell your property!...
19th Apr 2023 (2 years ago)Thank you to Debbie Anderson in particular who if it wasn't for you, I don't think our sale would of been possible. She constantly kept everyone in the loop. Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.
2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Enquired 3/11/25 about a rental property at Albany Ct., Bromley Rd., Shortlands that had caught my eye on Rightmove. Instead of being able to speak directly to a human being at their office I was sent an online form via SMS to complete(!). So I duly filled in the form and submitted, fully expecting somebody to have the courtesy to respond. Nobody ever did. Chased it up via a ‘phone call their Southborough Lane, Bromley office 9 days later where I left my details and nature of enquiry to be passed on. Again, nobody ever got back to me. Just the other week I noticed that the property has since been let. Questionable customer ethos and strikes me as a strange way to run a business if they are going to simply ignore prospective tenants?
17th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)I have been very impressed with Marino and Sandra at Varosi Lettings on Tollington Park. They are extremely helpful and professional also always available to answer a call or in person questions and help the best that they can. We have established a great relationship with them where I have total trust in their advice and help. It has really been an easy ride having Varosi as my letting agents. Thanks Freddie

22nd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 star, I would. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides. Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for. After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us. In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already.The more of us the better.

I just had a phone call with one of their agents about some overgrown trees in a neighbours house, and they shouted at me down the phone, talked over me and then HUNG UP on me. The most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever met. Do NOT use this company!!!!

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

I've had aweful experiences in the past with letting agencies, and was quite surprise how understanding and helpful they are. Big shoutout to Amrit! I highly recommend them if you looking for a place to rent or are a landlord!

When we came to sell our main home, his firm was the obvious choice. Cody was the lead agent for selling our house. We were selling in a difficult market, nevertheless Cody and team ensured that the property had good coverage, drawing from their large client base. They handled viewings professionally and with consideration to us. We were delighted when they found us a strong purchaser. They put in an enormous amount of work up to exchange and beyond. They handled issues that arose and we felt informed and supported throughout. They were able to provide solutions to concerns that arose in what was a difficult transaction. 28th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)I can highly recommend this company. We had two flats to sell from the family estate which was beleaguered with difficulties such as incorrect land-titles and council details. During the lengthy process Alex Decmar was always a calm guiding light through the storm. He was always contactable and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. My living overseas did not help and there were times when I would have understood if he had given up on us - but he saw it through. I feel forever grateful for his excellent advice throughout. If I could rate him higher than 5 stars I would.
