Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.
11th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.

Natalie’s photographs are outstanding and show everything to its very best advantage, a true professional. Our sale and purchase was an ongoing saga for 20months and throughout this period Rob was patient, professional, informative and extremely helpful. His communication was first class and always prompt and informative. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you Rob - we finally made it!

I found the team to be consistently professional, hard working and very friendly. From the first meeting with Richard (and throughout), he was so approachable and gave much helpful advice. Followed by Frazer taking amazing photos, capturing the home beautifully. Both arranged viewings and provided instant feedback. Charlotte was fabulous with guiding me through the post sale process, pulling out all the stops getting us to moving day. I cannot recommend them enough! He offers a fair fixed fee for his work, so no commission percentage to worry about. 31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!
