Ben was always quick to respond to any questions we had and consistently went above and beyond to support us throughout the process. His excellent customer service and proactive communication made what can be a stressful experience feel much smoother and more manageable. He played a huge role in helping us get our offer sorted and accepted, keeping us informed every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him. I had viewed a property with her before, so i knew what to expect. She was thorough in explaining the different features of each properties and showed very kind consideration when a tenant was still in. No crafty sales pitch, but a refreshing honesty and consideration for my specific needs. I would highly recommend viewing properties with her and should i need to again, i will not hesitate to get in touch
29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Me and my partner are about to move into our forever home on shared ownership (1st time buyers) Jamie Butler has been there from the very start, although we didn't have the best experience with the solicitors Jamie was there if we got stuck and would take over when things got to much for us. His service was so good he made us feel so welcomed and offered us a drink everytime we seen him. His support and advice by guideing us every step of the way over the past long 8 months, checking mortgage rates to make sure we had the great deal and helping us send over the documents to the solicitors also going over the enquiries. As 1st time buyers we had no idea how the process works Jamie was very patient with us, he explained everything in detail which we liked. He even came into the office on his day off which was so kind of him we didn't ask him too and for that he deserves more than a 5 star. I would give him 10 star everything he has done for us, service that he provided was beyond what we could have expected we can't thank him enough. I recommend Jamie to my neighbour/family and friends and will stay in touch with him for the future. The other staff that was involved in the process Tom, Lauren and Becky were very nice and helpful Thankyou to all of you ??????

I especially appreciated that she immediately checked whether anyone was asleep in the house, which showed how thoughtful and respectful she is. She carried out a thorough inspection, took the time to ask if we had any concerns, and made sure I was comfortable throughout her visit. Nicola is a lovely person and a credit to your team.

25th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I've dealt with estate agents before, but this company was an absolute joke.<br><br>They were completely unwilling to do their jobs and made little to no effort to follow up with or chase the landlord for answers to basic questions. They seemed to have very limited information about the property and constantly told us to call the office, only for the office to have no additional information either.<br><br>The overall service was extremely unprofessional. One of the final frustrations was their refusal to release the keys without a face-to-face ID check, despite already having taken and verified our ID at the start of the process.<br><br>Whenever shortcomings in their service were raised, they hid behind the "new renters' rights" legislation, even when it was completely unrelated to the issue being discussed. It felt more like an excuse than a genuine explanation.<br><br>In summary, I found them lazy, unprofessional, and uncooperative. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Jason was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful from the very beginning. He took the time to explain everything clearly and guided us through each step, which gave us real confidence and peace of mind. In no time at all, our property was rented through Northwood. 9th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

Tried to take our whole deposit due to apparently not giving notice when moving but we had, Gemma didn’t communicate within the work place. Had to keep contacting them to get a response about our deposit. No one ever replied unless we had emailed them 4/5 times. Very quick to be on your case when needing something but slow as a snail if you need anything sorted. Was very rude down the phone to my partner at one point.

20th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)EDIT: Thank you for your response. However, attempting to attribute the issue to “timescales” or solicitors avoids the central concern raised in my review. For the full context: from the first viewing I made it clear to the agent, vendors and solicitors that my intention was to complete before the end of the year, and this was the only reason I accepted the asking price without negotiation despite the lease nearing 80 years. The property was marketed as “no chain”, and this timeframe was known and discussed for months in advance, on multiple occasions including second viewing in the end of November. No circumstances justify intimidating communication by your manager or suggesting that a client’s actions may negatively affect how they are viewed in “future transactions” — wording for which your agency already issued a formal apology. As I believe this conduct fell below expected professional standards, the matter has now been formally escalated to The Property Ombudsman (TPO). I hope this leads to improved communication standards and training. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency during a property purchase was highly disappointing. It started off well at the viewing - Aarden was highly professional, with good knowledge about the property. Unfortunately later on during the process the communication from the sales manager Josh — particularly during negotiations — crossed the line from professional guidance into unnecessary pressure and intimidation. At one stage, I was told that my actions could affect how the agency and vendors viewed me in “future transactions,” which I found completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Following a formal complaint, the agency acknowledged that the wording used could reasonably be interpreted as intimidating and issued an apology. I appreciate that the director responded professionally once the complaint was raised, but buyers should not have to escalate matters formally in order to be treated fairly and respectfully. I would strongly encourage future buyers to keep all communication in writing and approach negotiations cautiously.
