31st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)If they had turned up early for the initial viewing as requested it would have been perfect ???????? but as it was the buyers, estate agent and us were all at the property at once, awkward. Otherwise they were a lovely helpful company to work with especially Rosie.

19th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)Michal was my contact at Cunninghams and me being a first time landlord, he made it very clear how the whole process works, what I need to be aware of with the new legislations, helped me understand things that I wasn't so clear on with being a new potential landlord and overall represented Cunninghams very well. He has great balance of being professional yet personable. Very knowledgeable, polite and overall I feel he portrayed trust which is very important to any landlord of course. I would highly recommend Michal and Cunninghams to anyone looking to rent out their property

All units sold extremely well in a difficult market. Our main point of contact throughout was Adele, who was absolutely fantastic. She kept us updated every step of the way, was always quick to respond, and worked tirelessly chasing every party in the chain to keep everything moving as smoothly and stress-free as possible. Liam was also incredibly helpful whenever we spoke to him and was always up to date with our progress and answered any queries that we may have had.<br><br>Thanks to the team’s hard work, our house sold within just a few weeks and we exchanged contracts in only five weeks. We are now looking forward to moving into our new home in just a few weeks’ time.<br><br>We also used Caroline as our in-house mortgage and financial adviser, and she was brilliant throughout. We had many issues at the property we were already renting through a private landlord and needed to move out asap but weren't able to commit until payday a few days away when we viewed a property we wanted. Simon went above and beyond to help us secure the property. We work out a time line that worked for us to be able to do what we needed and simon and his team were more than accommodating and helped us when we were able to bring out move in day forward. We cannot recomend them enough!
1st Aug 2026 (23 days ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

Tracey was brilliant every step of the way and kept the ball rolling throughout, as was Amrit who sorted out mortgage and insurance for us. Highly recommended!
