5th May 2026 (4 days ago)We chose Newton Fallowell on the basis of their excellent reputation and were not disappointed. The manager, Adam, was superb in personally overseeing our purchase and sale. Everyone in the office was proactive and kept us well informed of the progress of the whole transaction, to enable a smooth and well coordinated purchase and sale. Well done and thank you to all involved for a highly professional service. We recommend the team at the Stamford office unreservedly.

30th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We have recently completed on our dream family home which we found through King West. We originally viewed the home last year but was not in a position to proceed, however after we sold our home early this year we found our dream home had still not sold and we were able to proceed! The whole process from start to finish was seamless with Lois being our main point of contact. As the home is an older property we needed lots of visits and surveys, but this was never an issue with King west (Lois) always being so accommodating! Lois and the team’s communication is just seamless and makes which is usually a stressful life event so easy. Thanks again to King West!

9th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)If I could leave no stars, I would. Very disappointing experience as buyers. We were encouraged on multiple occasions to increase our offers, only to be told much later that the seller was not actually in a position to proceed as they had not found anywhere to move to. Had this been made clear from the outset, we would never have increased our bids. Communication was inconsistent throughout, with long delays and changing explanations about the seller’s situation. We did not receive timely written confirmation of our offers or the seller’s responses, and only received a retrospective summary after repeatedly requesting clarity. Being pushed to increase our offer several times, only to later discover that the seller could not move forward, left us feeling that the process was driven by price rather than transparency. This lack of clarity and honesty caused unnecessary stress and ultimately led us to withdraw. We would strongly advise other buyers to ensure everything is confirmed in writing from the very beginning.

Although it was a rather protracted process to secure the purchase (due to some land based classification issues) the team were great at keeping us informed and helping us to resolve any issues as they arose. We had many issues at the property we were already renting through a private landlord and needed to move out asap but weren't able to commit until payday a few days away when we viewed a property we wanted. Simon went above and beyond to help us secure the property. We work out a time line that worked for us to be able to do what we needed and simon and his team were more than accommodating and helped us when we were able to bring out move in day forward. We cannot recomend them enough!
