We needed to sell quickly in order to secure the house we wanted and bw able to place a formal offer. They worked at speed, when I requested a valuation they respond immediately and launched our sale within a couple of weeks. Their service was first rate and included a pre launch video, a promotional video and an open day. We were able to secure our asking price, so our purchase could proceed. Their communication to us kept us fully informed throughout the process and all queries were dealt with in a timely manner. On a personal level we found Claire and Sam lovely professional people to deal with and they were always focused on delivery of great customer service. We highly recommend them.

TBH they need the patience of a saint with some people. The sales negotiator is very professional, (think I'd be drinking heavily if I had to deal with some buyers). A big thank you to everyone at the branch.

Dads' home ticked boxes but was niche which meant it was not easiest property to sell. 6th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Unfortunately we found PL lacked communication. We often felt we were chasing and at certain points, they almost stopped making efforts which is really disappointing. We ended up switching to Oscar James who sold our home in a couple of weeks.

I knew she was working to sell my flat for me, it wasn't listed and left! All the staff were helpful and performed their role impeccably. Communication was easy, through Whatsapp and the street portal. I can highly recommend their services.
