22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Liz and Nicola from F&C Rugby provided a first class service throughout the process of selling my late father's house. They were very supportive and always happy to attend the premises, not just for viewings but when I needed to give other trades access (as I live 300 miles away) and in my opinion went above and beyond at every step. F&C were not the cheapest quote we had, but were worth every penny: their marketing was superb and quickly generated a lot of interest in the house (far more than we expected) which led to a good offer. They continued to be in close communication throughout the legal process, gave good advice, and diplomatically negotiated a couple of bumps in the process to ensure everything continued on track. Nothing was too much trouble - even helping to lift a stain out of the carpet which was discovered when the last of the furniture was moved out! I can't thank them enough for helping make an emotionally and logistically difficult process as smooth as possible.

I really appreciate their flexibility allowing the traders the access to the property while the owners live far away from the property and handling the views, appointments etc. I can highly recommend Pattison Lane Kettering branch for any prospective Landlords and tenants. Ben was always quick to respond to any questions we had and consistently went above and beyond to support us throughout the process. His excellent customer service and proactive communication made what can be a stressful experience feel much smoother and more manageable. He played a huge role in helping us get our offer sorted and accepted, keeping us informed every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him. We would highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares about their clients and provides outstanding service from start to finish. Thank you so much, Ben!

They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.

11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Jana at Let it was a delight to view the properties with at time that perhaps wasn't favourable for the team. I had viewed a property with her before, so i knew what to expect. She was thorough in explaining the different features of each properties and showed very kind consideration when a tenant was still in. No crafty sales pitch, but a refreshing honesty and consideration for my specific needs. I would highly recommend viewing properties with her and should i need to again, i will not hesitate to get in touch

29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Me and my partner are about to move into our forever home on shared ownership (1st time buyers) Jamie Butler has been there from the very start, although we didn't have the best experience with the solicitors Jamie was there if we got stuck and would take over when things got to much for us. His service was so good he made us feel so welcomed and offered us a drink everytime we seen him. His support and advice by guideing us every step of the way over the past long 8 months, checking mortgage rates to make sure we had the great deal and helping us send over the documents to the solicitors also going over the enquiries. As 1st time buyers we had no idea how the process works Jamie was very patient with us, he explained everything in detail which we liked. He even came into the office on his day off which was so kind of him we didn't ask him too and for that he deserves more than a 5 star. I would give him 10 star everything he has done for us, service that he provided was beyond what we could have expected we can't thank him enough. I recommend Jamie to my neighbour/family and friends and will stay in touch with him for the future. The other staff that was involved in the process Tom, Lauren and Becky were very nice and helpful Thankyou to all of you ??????

We are hoping to move there soon, but as we will be new to the area, we were looking for ideas of locations suitable for our needs. Kian was excellent, came up with lots of ideas, information, tips and hints. When we do move, we will be back!

6th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)Unfortunately we found PL lacked communication. We often felt we were chasing and at certain points, they almost stopped making efforts which is really disappointing. We ended up switching to Oscar James who sold our home in a couple of weeks.

Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

Tried to take our whole deposit due to apparently not giving notice when moving but we had, Gemma didn’t communicate within the work place. Had to keep contacting them to get a response about our deposit. No one ever replied unless we had emailed them 4/5 times. Very quick to be on your case when needing something but slow as a snail if you need anything sorted. Was very rude down the phone to my partner at one point.
