12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)This was the first time I have used Paul Wallace Hoddesdon, I was selling a property & the guys were entrusted to show prospective buyers around, I was informed on all viewings & feedback throughout which made the process, for me, really easy, Peter & Joe were first port of call & both very calming influences when events happened further down the chain, communication is first class & I won’t hesitate to use their services again

14th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)So good for so long as a landlord, efficient and helpful. Then it went wrong when difficulties with tenants leaving when I needed to move back in. Feels like the tenants are priority and no attempt to use the accelerated process available, with everything on go slow. If I'm cynical , is this because they are still receiving rent and so earning fee which will stop when I get the house back? Currently feel I have no option but to take over eviction process myself. If you go with them, don't bother with paying for them to deal with evicting tenants, just do it yourself.
10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a number of issues from the start. This generally involved factual errors e.g. wrong valuation stated in communication, wrong name. Whether one particular viewing happened was dubious as we had feedback from one member of the team but another said they couldn’t access the property (we had a key safe and the code was changed). We eventually moved estate agents to a smaller one who sold the property quickly. It then transpired that the buyer had seen the property through WH Brown some time ago (the potential buyer had asked for certain information that had not been obtained weeks later - having spoken to a member of staff, it was clear they were asking the wrong people for an answer - management company instead of landlord). We were then contacted to say that WH Brown would be completing the sale - this annoyed me as they had been poor thus far and I was concerned they would mess up again. The new estate agent who had sold it was happy to finish the sale though they would only receive 25% of the commission compared to the 75% for WH Brown.

David and his team were exceptional from start to finish and would like to say a big thank you for not only selling our property but also finding us the house we needed to hopefully get our eldest into Simon Balle Secondary School! 12th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)We recently found ourselves needing to move from a rental property at very short notice due to unforeseen circumstances that made it impossible for us to remain. What was an extremely stressful situation was made significantly easier by our experience with Kings Group, and in particular Rosy O’Brien. Rosy was professional, efficient, and consistently supportive throughout the process. Beyond that, she brought a genuinely human approach to what could easily have been an impersonal transaction, taking the time to understand our situation and act with care and consideration. We are very grateful for her help during a difficult time.
21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Anthony Lettings has been managing one of our rental properties in Hertford since 2016 when they took over from BlueTopp Lettings. The service has always ben excellent and the tenants have also been very good (no issues so far). Highly recommend as a landlord
10th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)Unfortunately due to heavy traffic I was delayed. I contacted the office 3 times from 9.34am to advise them of this issue. They ignored this information and still insisting I was 45 mins late when I had already advised them of the traffic delays from the outset my appt was for 10.30. I arrived and they cancelled my appointment. Zero consideration for my time. Zero adjustments of intelligence, also refusing to let me speak to the manager. I feel sorry for the seller as I am in a great position to purchase. UPDATE - as requested by shepherds, I have indeed had a greater quality experience with Kings and P Cuffaro whose high standards and chief skill include ability to communicate their schedule and accommodate the potential buyer in order to secure a sale on behalf of the vendor. Their priority is not to argue their point but to ensure they communicate efficiently and effectively with maturity and consideration for clients and explain time scales as the buyer would not be aware from the outset of your schedule. I was actually refused and told very boldly that I could not speak to a manager and had to write in. I have attached images of my calls updating you of my journey. My 20 minute journey was 1Hr 10 mins. Not once was I told you had a 30 minute journey or a time limit not including or accommodating the 10 minutes (10.40) until my final call 5 minutes before my arrival at11.12. In a nutshell buyers and sellers beware.you can see that arguing the toss in detail on here is the priority over securing your sale!
3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)We recently used Elliot Heath for both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our existing property, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We viewed a property we instantly fell in love with on Thursday and made the decision that same day to put our house on the market. By Saturday, professional photos had been taken; our property was listed on Monday; and by the following Thursday, it was sold. The entire process was incredibly efficient and well managed. Not only did we secure the home we had our hearts set on, but we also achieved the full asking price for our property. A huge thank you to the whole team at Elliot Heath for their professionalism, communication, and support throughout both our purchase and sale. We truly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Ben supported us at the viewing stage and followed up afterwards, making everything feel well organised and straightforward. Once the sale was agreed, Sarah handled most of the after-sales process and was excellent at keeping communication clear between ourselves and the buyers and ensuring everything kept moving smoothly. Fiona was also a great help towards the end of the process and made sure everything was wrapped up efficiently. The bouquet of flowers on completion day was a very thoughtful and kind touch. We would describe Ensum Brown as: Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely customer-focused. We would happily recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Kai Davies from Target Property is so lovely. Very welcoming and polite. The process was so smooth because of him and his colleagues. Viewing completed, contracts signed and moved in within 2 weeks. So happy I went to them and forever grateful to Kai for the help and guidance. Definitely recommend this estate agents!
