From the outset, Simone and her team Jenny and Ellie were attentive, receptive and incredibly accommodating.<br>The marketing was outstanding. The professional photography, virtual staging and beautifully written property description showcased the home perfectly. Thanks to your expertise, the rental price achieved was well above any previously reached locally, and you secured the full asking price.<br>I appreciated the thorough and meticulous checks carried out on me as the landlord at the start, as well as on all prospective tenants. Being able to meet the tenants personally before finalising the tenancy was also invaluable.<br>Viewings were organised promptly and handled with professionalism and courtesy. I received regular, detailed feedback after each viewing, and communication throughout was always polite, prompt and proactive.<br>Once the ideal tenants were found, the referencing, documentation and final steps were managed with thoroughness an attention to detail.<br>Overall, the service provided was personal, outstanding, and truly exceptional. 2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We appointed William H Brown to manage the sale of my 95 year old mothers house as she was moving across the country to be nearer ourselves. I can only say that the service provided by the team from start to finish was absolutely excellent and first class. Becca Bradshaw went beyond the call of duty to help with all the completion of forms etc which my mother in law found hard. Her care and attention was much appreciated by us all. Courtney Lister acted as a fantastic team member, updating me on a weekly basis on progress, always contactable and liaising with the solicitors on a regular basis which was key to the progress of the sale and purchase. Even after the sale was completed when an important teapot was found to be have been left behind Courtney personally packaged it up and sent on to us which meant so much to my mother in law and we are so grateful to her for doing that, it is far more than could have been expected. I cannot recommend the team more!

Engaged to sell my late father's home in what was a very difficult market, Peter, Peter and Joe never lost their enthusiasm for my dad's home (or their patience, or their sense of humour!) 19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)talk the talk to get you in, but if you're a low value property they don't put much effort in. i got 0 feedback from the viewings i had. one time an agent didn't turn up and the viewer went home and didn't re book. poor communication in responding to emails. i felt like my property was low on their list of priorities. no chase up when the contract was coming to an end to see if i wanted to extend. when i said i was listing with another agent they didn't ask for feedback or try to keep my business.
