They were professional, patient, super helpful (more than our actual lawyers), and got things moving for us to progress through the process. TBH our personal experience of buying the house was awful due to our lawyers but Gary from Connells was the only person that kept us sane.. also bonus he has a good sense of humour! Would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling their property!
2nd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I rented my property through Savills in Sunningdale for more than 40 years, and throughout the whole time was very impressed by the high level of service and professionalism of the team. The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. They kept us updated throughout the entire process, were always approachable, and never came across as pushy or sales-driven.<br><br>I will certainly be looking to use them when we decide to sell and move home.

19th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)talk the talk to get you in, but if you're a low value property they don't put much effort in. i got 0 feedback from the viewings i had. one time an agent didn't turn up and the viewer went home and didn't re book. poor communication in responding to emails. i felt like my property was low on their list of priorities. no chase up when the contract was coming to an end to see if i wanted to extend. when i said i was listing with another agent they didn't ask for feedback or try to keep my business.

The manager, Salvatore provided advice and assistance to overcome numerous issues during the sale process. He was particularly effective in the latter stages as he took personal responsibility for coordinating all parties across the chain to ensure a successful conclusion.

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Our experience with Ben Reddan and the Letting team was excellent<br>Our experience with the sales team, not so.<br><br>Gabriella from Lettings was exemplary in her meticulousness regarding the letting of our property from start to finish.<br>Her communication was excellent and her dedication to her job is to be admired. There are not many agents who would be catching up on their emails at 11:00pm and on their non work days.<br>Gabriella was the perfect combination of providing enough attention to us and the prospective tenants without being pushy.
