Peter Woods managed the process and was patient, available, knowledgeable and reassuring, acting in our interests not self-interest (as has been our experience with another agency that claims to dominate in Merton Park). Peter seemed to establish a relationship of trust with the buyers and was just what you would hope for in an agent.

Demetri progressed the purchase all of the way through; taking just 3 months to complete. He kept us well informed and really kept on top of the communication between solicitors and other estate agents making the whole process quite stress free. Would highly recommend.

2nd Mar 2026 (18 days ago)I am so pleased I found Mark Hart Real Estate company when we decided to rent out our property. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Neve and Caitlin were always clear, prompt, and incredibly informative. I was kept updated at every stage and never felt out of the loop. They took great care in vetting potential tenants, which gave me complete peace of mind that the right people were moving into our home. We had already moved out when the property was on the market and Mark and the team were able to assist with preparing the property for the new tenants, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Great customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent out their property.

18th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)Scam Artists.<br>I tried to purchase a property which was a hybrid auction, modern sale. The estate agents at Foxtons promised me that the way the system works is that the first buyer who is ready to purchase gets to buy the property. On the basis of this I paid for a lawyer £1200. I waited three months and I was ready to purchase but the buyer was not ready to sell, they had an issue evicting the tenant. I was kept on the line while Foxtons sold the property to another buyer. Foxtons had assured me that they would keep me informed about any other interest- They did not. The first I heard about the other buyer was when they exchanged on the property. This was also a bare faced lie.<br><br>They lied to me about the way the hybrid sale works and as a result I lost the legal fees and 6 months of my search (I had to start again from scratch).<br>They are scam artists to be avoided at all costs.

With no other estate agency would you get such senior members of staff doing the viewings themselves. In the past I’ve had viewings with recent graduates who are new to the market- with Bhoday you are in much safer hands
