Even during the run up to Christmas, agent Zack Green managed to jingle every single one of my bells. Professional, patient and helpful are just three of the words which come to mind when thinking of Zack, whom I would recommend time and time again.

The KFH team were excellent at securing multiple viewings eventually securing a buyer for my flat. Thank you so much Paul and Candy and I cannot recommend your services enough.
22nd Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is long overdue post and probably coming in very late but I believe this is extremely important and should be out there for people to see. I had a terrible experience with Rouge Properties last year around August when I tried renting a property through them in Northampton. The property was marketed on their official website but unfortunately they ended up taking no responsibility about it when things went all wrong and blamed it on the concierge taking care of the property. The property I am talking about is an apartment in Northampton House. What stood out for me was the audacity from the team for not refunding my deposit money even when they failed to deliver the property ready on the said date. Not to forget that the team includes people who when you confront them will literally shout at you, stop responding to your emails or even threaten you. Beware of Nazneen and the team because when they have zero understanding of the property, they try and give you details only when the deposit is paid and treat you as someone absolutely worthless because now they know you are stuck. I chose peace and let go of the deposit but in hind sight I can't believe they were this unprofessional throughout my experience.

Even though I wasn’t her direct client, she was always approachable, kept communication clear and consistent, and made sure I was updated every step of the way. She created a really comfortable experience and genuinely seemed to want to help in any situation. Very professional!

He helped me and my boyfriend very quickly, and I’m really happy that we found this room. I’m very grateful to him, and most importantly, he continued to help us with all our questions even afterwards. For me, this is the best agency in London

We decided to rent the apartment during the first viewing. We were a bit late but Robert waited for us which led to this successful transaction. The reference check process was seamless and any required fixes to the apartment were attended to. Highly recommended.

Hamptons marketing to potential purchasers resulted in a regular viewings by worthy parties. In addition, the communications we received before and after each viewing was much appreciated so that always felt appraised of the interest in our property. In the lead up to exchange of contracts and then sale completion, Hamptons played very helpful role to liaise with our purchasers. This enabled a smooth and amicable path to completion. For their professionalism, knowledge of the market, attention to detail, regular advice & guidance and first rate communications, we would recommend Hamptons without reservation.

I dealt with Stephen Waller in the branch who offered an impeccable service from the moment I first met him. He kept in touch through out the transaction, was always polite and professional, was constantly liasing with the solicitors and was a great help . 20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is a horrible letting agency. They took all of our deposit, the entire two month deposit. £2500 gone. They WILL exploit you. They will take your money. I even paid close to £300 on the professional cleaning service that this good for nothing agency suggested. We paid all of our rents on time, all bills on time. Kept the property like we were living in our own home. If you are unfortunate enough to have to take a house with them i suggest you do not engage with agent called LUKE PEGG. if you are hearing from this man they will be taking your money. I hope this agency goes out of business. No one reads comments but if you are reading this AVOID SAMUEL ESTATE AND LUKE PEGG. Scam, exploitative, unprofessional.
16th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.

They went above and beyond—not only assisting with the sale itself, but also helping to secure short-term tenants and guiding me through a deed of variation. A special thank you must go to Millie, who worked tirelessly to see the sale through to completion. Her knowledge, professionalism, and clear, consistent communication were outstanding from start to finish.
