11th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)I sold a flat with Wayne at Stonehouse. The flat needed refurbishment, so we had to work to find the right price point. Fortunately Wayne is pleasant and straightforward to deal with, very responsive, and pro-active with communications and feedback from viewers. We got it sold, and I absolutely recommend Stonehouse Estates.

9th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Gabri**!!! I had already clearly set my budget and move-in date before the viewing, but he kept pushing me to move in earlier and repeatedly asked me to increase the offer. The way he negotiated was extremely rude and he tried to renegotiate several times. It honestly felt like some kind of auction bidding. I expected a professional and reputable brand agency, but this turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. In the end, I even agreed to meet his demands, yet my offer was still rejected. I honestly don’t understand how something like this can happen. The way they handle business is like gangsters — completely lacking manners or professionalism. This is the worst agency experience I’ve had in London.- 7th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)We recently sold our home through Knight Frank. We were very happy with the team with Maisie being our key contact. They had a solid understanding of the local market their advice on pricing and timing helped attract good buyers quickly especially given the current market (mid 2025). We thought their photography contractor did a great job also. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Maisie’s and team kept us informed at each step, promptly answered all queries and made sure the closing process went smoothly. We would happily recommend Knight Frank to anyone looking to sell their home in the Wandsworth area.

10th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)As a landlord I have dealt with many agencies , this office is the worst their admin are chaos. Their payments collection have been 2 month delayed in some instants , purley becasue ethey did not botrher to contact the tenants. And you get teh most unhelpful , unresposive admin to deal with. Missed up my mortagae payments and casue alot of overdraft fees will never use again
5th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Unprofessional. AVOID at all costs!!! I had a deeply upsetting experience with this agency, I can’t give it a zero, so I will give it a one. After a failed application, they attempted to unlawfully withhold my holding deposit of over £400 by misrepresenting the Tenant Fees Act 2019 and making factually incorrect claims about my guarantor’s residency status. As a foreign person living in the UK, I felt targeted by their intimidation tactics. Kier Hawkins was incredibly rude on the phone, he screamed at me and treated me like I was "dumb" for asking legitimate questions about my application and deposit. It felt like they were banking on me not knowing the local laws. It was only after I formally involved The Property Ombudsman in my emails that the Director finally agreed to a refund. Even then, the final correspondence from the office, including the director, was spiteful and unprofessional. They don’t care about tenants rights. If you are from any international background, please be very careful with this branch. They use bullying and misinformation to try and keep your money. Document everything and know your rights!

20th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I listed my property with JDM for over 12months. They advised me to accept an offer to sell without checking if the buyer had a mortgage offer in place (he did not). It took almost 3 months of waiting to progress the sale before I started to push JDM to find out the buyer had no mortgage in place and the sale had fallen through. I had instructed solicitors and incurred £600 in failed fees all off the back of the advice given to me by JDM. JDM does not qualify prospective buyers positions before arranging a viewing and from my experience ,even before presenting offers to a vendor. I moved my property to KFH. It was sold in less than 3 weeks. 5 viewings, 4 offers and my sale was progressed impeccably. I would urge anyone to think carefully before using JDM. From my recent experience I would strongly suggest avoiding.

Lovely personal touch to add of a wonderful hamper left.in property for us and was ideal and thoughtful when needed most full of useful items that turned out to be essential.
