The property was handed to us in a great condition. Ines and Sean have been really helpful in communication and checking in between us and the sellers. We are really happy with this purchase.

10th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)AVOID.<br><br>I’ve been a tenant with this agency for four years, but my experience over the past six months has been unacceptable. I’ve repeatedly reported an ongoing hot water issue and have spent months chasing updates, yet the problem remains unresolved.<br><br>The hot water pressure has deteriorated to the point where I am now unable to take a proper shower in my own flat. Despite numerous reports and follow-ups, no effective solution has been provided.<br><br>If you’re looking for a responsive agency that takes maintenance issues seriously, this has not been my experience.
3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)An estate agents outside of Putney recommended Winkworth in Putney to me, saying Flora Clarke, Associate Director, and Russell, Director, were excellent. Flora has been outstanding, in our opinion, and has been so approachable, helpful, organised and professional. The flat was extremely problematic and could not have been much more difficult to sell, but Flora was undaunted, and managed to obtain a much higher price for it than anyone expected. She, and the rest of the the team at Winkworth, including Russell (who was also brilliant), were always available and on top of things. We are very grateful and obviously we highly recommend the team.

They were always accommodating when arranging viewings and took the time to clearly explain everything about the property. Communication between all parties was smooth and prompt, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. Friendly, approachable, and very supportive throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient estate agency.

From the very first property viewing, Sophie made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I attended the viewing with my children, who were understandably very excited and eager to explore every room while asking endless questions. Sophie was so warm, patient, and kind with all of us, never once making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. Her calm and caring nature instantly put us at ease. Although following excellent marketing I received a very quick offer, the sale ultimately took seven months due to the complexities of a probate and leasehold transaction. Throughout what was often an emotional, stressful and frustrating experience, the professionalism, communication, care and support shown by Scott and his team was absolutely exemplary. I was kept regularly updated at every stage, and when communication from solicitors was lacking, the team proactively chased matters and dealt directly with them on my behalf to keep the process moving. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they genuinely went above and beyond from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough for their patience, dedication and truly outstanding service during a very difficult time. I would recommend Benjamin Stevens without hesitation to anyone looking for an estate agent who is transparent and truly cares about their clients

It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. For someone like me so far away, this is more than assuring. Particular mention to Aziz Khan for his outreach and accessibility and to Billy for his hands on operations. Thank you so much. I'd recommend Farrell Lewis to anyone looking for top class real estate management.
