22nd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)We received excellent care and support from Bradley, Dominika and Billy at Philip Alexander, while purchasing a property on behalf of our father. They were flexible with viewing times, considerate of our father’s needs (he’s in his 80s), and always honest and clear with their guidance. The range of different properties was also impressive, especially as keeping within budget was an important factor. We especially appreciated that there was never any pressure to buy - no pushy sales tactics - just a straightforward, professional service. They also responded promptly to our solicitor’s queries, which helped the process run smoothly. We would happily use them again and highly recommend them.
28th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Rent money sent to them on time and they still send threatening letters saying respond within 24hrs. We have asked for more information as they must have their records wrong. They fail to respond for days comes across as aggressive hipocracy.

30th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)**Update: I have since submitted a formal complaint via Foxtons' website and contacted Head Office by email, but have not received any acknowledgment or response so far. I have also emailed the North Finchley branch directly and attempted to contact a manager, but have received no response. Very disappointing experience with Foxtons due to the handling of our tenancy application. We were seriously interested in a property and ready to proceed, but the process was handled in an extremely unprofessional way. There were constant delays in sending the tenancy agreement, poor communication throughout, and long periods with no replies despite repeated follow-ups. When the agreement finally arrived, we reviewed it promptly and raised reasonable questions. Instead of receiving clear updates or timely support, we were left waiting with no proper response. We were then suddenly told that the property had been taken by another agent. As a result of the poor communication and lack of professionalism, we lost a property we genuinely wanted. Couldn’t fault anything in the house it’s just too far to travel to work . But will recommend highly to other people who are interested ????????????

Helped me secure the flat, gave me access to inspect pre moving in and then ensured the flat was in tip top condition for moving in. Very grateful - many thanks !!

Very helpful throughout the process and readily available to answer my many questions.- 22nd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Avoid Foxtons Ealing. When my original landlord lost the property due to unpaid loans and a new landlord took over, the branch was completely unhelpful. I was given poor guidance and left to deal with the situation myself. To make matters worse, after moving out I’ve been unable to recover my deposit, even though it was paid to Foxtons in the first place. There was no proper support, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Been a couple of months and I can’t get my deposit back and no response from Foxtons apart from keep paying the landlord who doesn’t own the place anymore? Thankfully the new landlord was helpful but I still can’t get my deposit from the original landlord. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
