Matilda is the most professional, responsible and reliable negotiator I’ve come across during my month-long property search! Following the introduction of the new renting rules in May, the conditions for renting became more complicated for us. I’ve spoken to quite a few letting agents, but they seem rather unsure themselves, so I received a lot of incorrect information. Matilda, however, was very professional right from our very first conversation and provided a clear plan. Throughout the rest of the letting process, she always answered all my questions promptly, which put my mind at ease. Thank you Matilda!

16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Make sure you take a picture of the every single item in the houses, they accused you of stealing items, when I have email Lanlord cousin will take most the belongings after they charged me accused me of stealing staff, I have pictures of items I have asked to be cleared from the house because it was most personal staff, after they charged me of missing items, Taylor foxton worker unprofessional accusing me of stealing things from the house, manager doesn’t want to put a report on her because they don’t know I have emails to prove Lanlord took the most items which she didn’t give a report what she has taken after they try to charge me, they try to charge me because the carpet was out of its place, make sure you video record every single item,

2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)This is the second time I have used Go View London. Seven years ago I bought through them and they were brilliant. This time I sold through them and they were equally as fantastic. Their sales team are engaging, responsive, well-informed and courteous. Their focused marketing of my property paid off and buyers were found quickly and with only three viewings. Progression of sale is handled by the wonderful Helyn. She has a tricky job negotiating with buyers, sellers, solicitors and estate agents (the one I bought my new home through was not such a happy story). Helyn is calm, diplomatic, quick to respond and always cheerful! There is a new Sales Manager heading up the Ealing office, Ross Cameron. He leads a great team, professional and friendly. I hope I won't be moving again for some time but if I have to, there will be no hesitation in my choice. We had been tracking Devenports’ development over the previous 2 years and they were our only choice.- 28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Foxtons are still asking tenant applicants to pay £50 referencing fees. These fees have been illegal since the Tenant Fees Act 2019. You are not obligated to pay this fee and you can report agents to the regulatory authorities.
