We were looking at renting a property and we agreed verbally with the lady showing us the property and she said to go ahead and inform the landlords that we are moving out - only to ghost us for one week and then tell us that the landlord is not willing to remove the couch and so the agreement will not progress! Lovely pickle they put us in!
7th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Austin and Daphne sold our 5 bedroom house in Wandsworth in October 2025. They helped us at every step throughout the very stressful process. We felt thoroughly supported and in very safe and professional hands . Their communication was excellent and we managed to sell and complete in 5 months . They really know the area and the market and highly recommend them if you are considering buying or selling in the local area .
5th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Engaged with the agency recently and specifically with Ben Shepard at the place. In my 20 odd years of renting, i cannot recollect a better service/experience than what Ben provided! If i could, I'll give a 7-star review :-) Highly recommend!
11th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)I thought I hated living in London. Turns out I just hated living in a property managed by Winkworths. Would not recommend renting a property managed by this team. A year and a half of disrepair, ignored emails, unpaid reimbursements and gaslighting was a waking nightmare. They may have just been following orders from an unethical landlord... But they did follow those orders. Lots of anecdotes here but the most representative: I called to report a leak and black mould infestation behind the paint in my daughter's room. They noticed that the mould was only revealed because I'd attempted to attach a picture frame to the wall. They didn't do any mould remediation but they did threaten us that hanging anything on a wall broke the terms of the lease. Happy ending to the story, though. The kid's persistent cough cleared up immediately after we moved.- 7th Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)A really good team who made me feel at home. 29th Jan 2019 (7 years ago)Throughout a very long and complex sale with lots of issues and potential deal breakers, Richard kept us updated and encouraged. He was always prompt to reply to messages by phone or email. He was always honest and upfront, managing our expectations and delivering difficult news appropriately. With a different estate agent we might not have had the energy to see the sale through. Robert played a similar role throughout the initial part of our sale while we kept having to re-adjust the price in a very tricky market. These guys are the real deal, the opposite of a dodgy estate agent cliché, they know their stuff and genuinely care about their clients.

2nd Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)I rented a flat through Comber and Co at 13 Halley Gardens, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The flat was incredibly comfortable and peaceful, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. One of the standout features of my experience was the responsiveness of the letting agent. Their efficiency and dedication to my satisfaction were truly impressive. The staff at Comber and Co are excellent and proactive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their professionalism made the renting process seamless and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Comber and Co for anyone looking for a reliable letting agent. My time at 13 Halley Gardens has been wonderful, and I appreciate all the support from the team! My best place of stay while in London.
18th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

17th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Horrible experience dealing with this estate agent. Dishonest advertising of what was supposed to be a 2 bedroom open plan flat to rent in civic square RM18 Tilbury led my wife and I to believe we had potentially found our perfect home. Just to be sure, my wife even called the agency to make sure it was definitely a 2 bedroom flat. Despite being booked in initially at 16:30 for a viewing, due to the constant stuttering and lack of confidence in what we were being told over the phone, my wife decided to call again an hour before the viewing to make sure we were definitely booked in. We weren’t, so we would have turned up for nothing :) Anyway, we booked ourselves another viewing for 16:45. Surprise surprise, the agent turned up late. Did we get a call to say he was running late? No. We called him and he told us he would be 10 minutes. Surprise surprise, this turned into 25 minutes stood outside the flat baking in the sun. Cherry on top? It was a 1 single bedroom flat with a separate living room and small kitchen. It gets worse. When I confronted the agent about the false advertising, he was incredibly rude and told me “yeah but it can be used as a 2 bed if you use the living room area as a bedroom.” Dishonest agency, unorganised and pathetic to be honest, stay away from this agency!

I first gave my property to a local agent who couldn’t rent it out, but Tennission managed to get it let within just two weeks! A huge thanks to Mohammad and Daniel – they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. They were professional, friendly, and kept me updated every step of the way. 3rd Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.

After having a few bad experiences with other estate agents and the offer process, Ismail was a breath of fresh air. He made everything feel calm, reassuring, and far less stressful than we expected. Although there were some delays to completion, Ismail never once failed to communicate clearly and efficiently, keeping us informed every step of the way. His service was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout. We would highly recommend I Am Real Estate to anyone looking to buy or sell a property — especially if you want an agent who genuinely cares and makes the process feel manageable.

5th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Overall I am disappointed with the service. My impression is that they gave a great valuation and conveyed a confidence in their ability to meet this. Once we signed up with them they then started to talk down the market, the area, the property, the economy etc. to pressure us into a sale at a disappointing price.
