The entire process was transparent and clear, with no grey areas. Having had a different experience with another agent in the past, I knew I would appreciate this. John not only spent a lot of time on the central aspects of the purchase, but also supported me with the preliminaries (e.g. finding the right insurance). Thanks also to the whole team. Highly recommended!

Extremely helpful, consistently positive, and endlessly patient, we felt that he went above and beyond at every stage of the process. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent, and his support made the entire process smooth (as any leasehold purchase in London can be thesedays), reassuring, and stress free, from initial viewing to completion. I’d always heard that some estate agents can be quite pushy and are more focused on making a sale than looking after their clients.<br><br>From the moment I met Patrick, though, I immediately felt at ease. He came across as genuinely warm, kind and trustworthy, and I knew he was the right person to help me sell my home.<br><br>From start to finish, the experience with Lloyds Estates has been exceptional. At no point did I ever feel like just another customer, I felt like a friend. Patrick, Sam and the entire team always had my best interests at heart, and that was evident in everything they did.<br><br>They went above and beyond throughout the whole process, keeping me informed every step of the way, offering honest advice, and working tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for me. Their communication and dedication was outstanding, and they guided me through every stage with professionalism, care and genuine compassion.<br><br>What really sets Lloyds Estates apart is that they clearly love what they do and it isn’t all about making a sale. You can see how much they care about helping people sell their homes or find them a home and making what can often be a stressful process feel enjoyable and reassuring.<br><br>In fact, I’m almost sad that my sale has completed because I’ll miss speaking to Patrick and Sam so regularly! 18th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Traveled to view a property which was confirmed via text. Arrived and waited outside, sent a text and tried to call the office several times, no one picked up. Called the number which sent the text, went to answer phone. Left the viewing after waiting around for 45 mins, still not received a call or text and won’t be going through this company. I’d give half star if I could.

Eva has always been professional, kind, patient, and approachable. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me a variety of suitable properties while always being honest and supportive. She has been responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions, which made the experience much easier and less stressful. Although I haven’t found the property with them, I truly appreciate all the time, effort, and dedication Eva has given during my search. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive and professional estate agent.

From selecting and introducing us to excellent tenants to ensuring the property was well maintained the service we received was outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending greenfields to family and friends and if necessary would definitely use them again. With special thanks to Azam who went of his way to help when I really needed it.

We met Paige initially who took our details and assured us she would help us navigate the current challenges in the market as best she could. She had a property coming on to the market which might suit needs. George then showed us around, handling a challenge with keys for the property with great calm and determination. we didn't feel rushed at all and could take time to get a feel for the property. We requested a second viewing, met by Paige again. She was insightful, open and helpful, guiding us through each step. In safe hands with these professionals, kind and not pushy in any way. Would highly recommend this firm and this team.

He was always available and all our questions were answered in no time. Their team have always been friendly and helpful whenever we've had queries with the flat, and always been on hand when repairs have been needed. Their communation is promt and clear, welcoming and approachable, and the two property managers we have been liaising with recognise us whenever we've needed to stop by for some admin or to drop papers off. A really personable service, and a lovely and refreshing change compared to previous agencies!
