Tuesday stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process and she found the right buyers at the right price. A very personal service that suited us perfectly. I highly recommend them, their knowledge of the Thames Ditton market was essential.

Extremely helpful, consistently positive, and endlessly patient, we felt that he went above and beyond at every stage of the process. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent, and his support made the entire process smooth (as any leasehold purchase in London can be thesedays), reassuring, and stress free, from initial viewing to completion. We would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to purchase a property. Thank you very much Matthew!
7th Jul 2026 (2 days ago)Terrible experience with these agents. They're incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And the individual who came to view our property was like a walking ash tray! I would strongly advise others to steer clear.

14th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I booked a viewing for Tuesday 10/01 at 2pm and the agent didn’t show up, I tried to call many times the office and nobody answered so after 15 minutes I left. The following day they apologised saying that who was supposed to show us the property was sick and they rearranged the viewing for today, Saturday 14/01 at 11am. Well, we are here now and yet again nobody showed up. I called the office and the guy who was supposed to show us the property today picked up and said that he wasn’t aware that there was a viewing rearrange for today and “he just saw the diary”. And then added that “to me my health is more important than your viewing”. (How rude by the way?!)Probably it is, but at least your office should have the courtesy to let us know rather than make us waiting. And if you re arrange a viewing and you don’t show up for the second time, well I wonder how your landlords can trust you to rent their properties. … without mentioning that on both days and appointments it was poring rain and my health is important as his health, thanks for letting me wait in the wet and cold weather. Ridiculous.

16th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)RUN AWAY from this agency. I had a deeply disappointing experience dealing with Mr. William Delaney, Anne Hughes, and Coopers of London during a serious disrepair issue involving leaks, water damage, lack of hot water, and pest concerns. Communication was consistently confrontational, dismissive, and completely lacking professionalism. Rather than addressing urgent tenant concerns constructively, Mr. Delaney repeatedly minimized issues and adopted a hostile tone in written correspondence. We documented everything carefully with photographs, videos, and emails, which were later escalated. Instead of resolving the issues, the agency argued technicalities and unreasonable terms. We endured over 3 months of disruptive construction works while still being charged full rent, despite parts of the property — including the bathroom — being unusable. We were simply told to use a nearby gym bathroom, which was unacceptable. There were also repeated access attempts without proper consent or coordination, creating significant stress and disruption. During COVID, as an asthmatic tenant trying to avoid unnecessary exposure, I requested viewings take place in our presence and provided multiple alternative time slots. Instead of handling this respectfully, William insulted us and my medical concerns were qualified as “spurious.” He went ahead to the viewing without our consent. As tenants, we remained cooperative and repeatedly tried to accommodate access and repairs. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a property agency, and I would strongly discourage anyone from renting through Coopers of London. Their excellent communication and regular follow-ups made the experience smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

All staff have technical , sales and legal knowledge and are just always “ on it “ , they always know the current situation and the next step , always think ahead for the Client. Achieved asking price in record time. It was a real pleasure with the very best result.

20th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Positives: friendly, efficient, reasonable fee, communication during the process was clear and helpful. Negative: I felt a bit pestered after my initial enquiry, with almost weekly enquiries as to whether I was going to progress with the sale. I still instructed them though due to their local link. In addition to obtaining their valuation it's worth doing your own local research on house values without being greedy and unrealistic as the estate agents may have different priorities to you.

When, on our final inspection before completion, we found ourselves locked out of the property, Jaspal solved the issue by contacting previous tenants for information, having essential items to open the lock delivered and finally gaining access. All this without having eaten for 24 hours! Full marks to Jaspal for problem-solving and tenacity!

We are overseas (In New Zealand) at the time of enquiring, which we thought would make viewings with other estate agents hard, but Sara was very speedy in her response to our initial email (within 10 minutes), and then within 25 minutes from that exchange, Koyer called me via WhatsApp to conduct a virtual viewing - it was a great apartment. Koyer was lovely and genuinely, responsive and fast estate agents (which is not my experience typically!) - Highly recommend!

13th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Lampard's, especially Hussein and Oliver, were genuinely really fantastic agents. They got us so many viewings and always emailed all relevant times and dates for accompanied viewings with loads of feedback. We eventually trusted them with our house keys to do the viewings alone as they were so professional. I honestly did not feel comfortable doing that with any of the other agencies. They are nice people who talk without all the jargon so I really trusted them and they give alot of good advice. I would highly recommend Lampards and are using them to find my next property.
