He always kept in touch and promptly returned calls and messages. Right from the start and throughout, he gave sound advice and demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile to make the sale happen.

Lewis had only just started at Winkworth when we put our house on the market but delivered great buyers for our house which is very special and important to us as we had loved there for over 27 years

The process was quick and easy, we were able to buy a house within just three months. There was no pressure at all. Mr. Robbie is kind and honest, and we are truly grateful for his support. We are very happy. It has been a great journey.
24th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

Heartfelt thanks go to Victoria Peters and Laurence Lai for their outstanding professionalism and patient guidance throughout the process of selling my Notting Hill apartment. A friend who has known Laurence for many years first put me in touch with Youhome and from my very first meeting I felt reassured I was in very experienced and knowledgable hands. That impression never wavered. Not only was the marketing of my apartment very professionally done, but throughout the conveyancing process both Laurence and Victoria were extremely helpful, calm, responsive and kind with Victoria always on hand to liaise with the buyer, smoothing the whole process considerably.
12th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)I chose Steven to sell my flat because he seemed so honest and straight when I first met him -- and he proved to be exactly that as the sale progressed through all kinds of unexpected headaches. I can't recommend him highly enough; he was always responsive, never unrealistic and very attentive to details. He was also very supportive and comporting when necessary. Trust him and his judgement, it's worth it!

We viewed a property and were explicitly told by the agent that the house was ours and we could proceed with the rental. We started making plans and stopped looking at other places based on their word. ?However, shortly after, they went behind our backs and gave the house to someone else without a word of explanation. This level of dishonesty is appalling. ?To make matters worse, the stress and disappointment caused by this agency's lies literally made my mother sick. We spent time, energy, and hope on this, only to be treated like we didn't matter. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and have zero compassion for the families they deal with. If you want an agency that keeps its promises, look elsewhere."

You couldn't ask for a better company to look after you when it comes to selling a property from the very start to completion The communication from Mac & Ellis is 5 Star ++++++ I would absolutely recommend Mac , to anyone who's looking at selling. Ellis kept us up to date with his emails insuring we had all the information, 5 star +++++ I've used a high st estate agent once and they don't come no where near the standards of Meldone Estates Their hard work deserves more than 5 stars . Thankyou for everything. ????
