Their communication is timely and nothing is too much trouble. They really go the extra mile, responding to questions and issues outside of working hours. If you want trust worthy, fair and proactive estate agents then they are for you. Professional, friendly and able to take some of the stress out of the London housing market. Thank you both.
10th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Staff were very knowledgeable and professional. Paperwork was completed efficiently. The pictures and brochure were of a high quality. Viewings were handled smoothly for the most part.
28th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Extremely rude senior staff from Sonia estates conducting a viewing. He had absolutely no etiquette, was dismissive and defensive the entire time. The property had several cracks on the ceiling with clear water damage and staining and we were told it's fine as it's dried up. The place looked like it had not been maintained and was in a state from the 1970s needing entire revamping. Nevertheless the estate agent said it was fine nothing needs to be changed to sell a property with his arms crossed. He was extremely arrogant and in total denial at was was being seen with our own eyes. Doors and windows could not be opened or tested as he did not have the keys. Kitchen, boiler, bathroom, all looked around 50 years old and in need of urgent attention, yet the agent said minimal work was required. An absolute cowboy approach avoid by any means and you will be doing yourself a favour.
20th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)The team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially Emma and her manager, Guy. They provided excellent support and kept communication flowing smoothly between my solicitor and the seller’s solicitor. I would definitely recommend them.

22nd Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)I met with George Mayhew for a second visit on this property he was really helpful and went through queries I had on site. Very helpful on both viewings I had with him. We now have a new tenancy in the area we wanted due to the great communication and speed of setting up visits for the family.

24th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.
9th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)Although my early encounters with City Move Estate and their staff were polite and pleasant, they ended up evicting me from my apartment without issuing the appropriate documents at the beginning of my tenancy. In addition, the hot showers in my apartment were unreliable for over a year despite multiple requests to get them fixed- when, after more than a year had passed, the shower was finally fixed up, the eviction notice came soon after. After the improper eviction they then charged me an extortionate cleaning fee. Would not recommend.

Try to be British but can’t even speak properly very bad experience when trying to talk to someone .<br>Don’t even listen I don’t what she think of herself.<br>Very rude behaviour.<br>She just always put your call on hold and talk like we owe her.

Daniel specifically, was brilliant, always providing prompt responses to emails and last minute queries, as-well as having been highly knowledgeable on the property I was being shown. Thank you Daniel and Tennison property for all the service you provided. I will continue to recommend you all to all future renters/ buyers.
26th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)I would not recommend originally rung up and told there were more than one interested in property and that X was was best option as he had the money in place and was just waiting for money to arrive from parents. He put in an offer and asked me to take it off the market for two weeks so that he would have the money and we agreed on around 25 Feb on the basis that this would be a quick sale and was expecting that contracts could be exchanged by the beginning of May. I signed my part of the contract on 7 may and after that constant false promises about X being ready to exchange contracts - do not know who was lying client X / client solicitor/estate agent but it turns out X had a flat to sell and that there were problems with the lease on his flat and after many false promises contracts were not exchanged until the beginning of August. At the end of the day I do not know who was lying but had I known at the outset that he had a property to sell then I would have considered the other interested parties and their offers and had I known in early May he had issues with the lease on his property I would have re marketed the property On 31 July 19 days before sale was told "you will now begin to hear from our Sales Support Manager, Sandra. She will introduce herself shortly and will be your primary point of contact moving forward .......She will be in touch regularly" I did not receive any call from this lady at all regular communication with the estate agent was also far from perfect on occasions with calls emails not returned/replied

24th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Kenyons in Carshalton is honestly the worst estate agent I have had to deal with. Having worked in estate agents for 4 years I believe that the treatment of an applicant vs a landlord is paramount and shows the true culture of the business. Being an applicant in a situation that was a little different then the norm ie we know the owner of the flat and it’s about to come on the market and we really wanted to rent it and had spoken to the owner, I popped in to chat to someone when in the shop and after explaining the situation and leaving my details I can only describe the feeling I got which was one being cut short and dismissed, then after that I called them and asked them about the flat as it was supposed to be on the market on a certain date and I had not seen is however when I called I experienced the same level of dismissal. People get into agency to work with people so if you treating people that way is shocking. How can you trust that they are finding the best people for your property with treatment like that. If I had been a landlord looking to rent my property the treatment of me would have been completely different because they would be making money off of me. Just bad business

What should have been a straightforward transaction became a complicated chain with numerous delays. However, Waqas always stayed on top of everything from start to finish.<br><br>He was always available, always chasing updates and always looking for solutions. There was times I know I was definitely his most demanding customers but he always remained patient and professional with us.<br><br>Highly recommended and genuinely the hardest working estate agent I’ve used.
