17th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)I recently moved out of a property managed by Bracewells Estate Agents, and I felt compelled to leave a review reflecting what has genuinely been a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, the entire process of securing the tenancy was handled with remarkable ease and efficiency. The agency ensured that everything was straightforward, well-communicated, and completely stress-free. Moving can often be overwhelming, but this was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had. A special mention must go to Richard and Nicola, who were both exceptional throughout my tenancy. They were consistently professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful—always quick to address any questions or concerns, and proactive in making sure everything ran seamlessly. Their approach made a real difference and created a sense of trust and reliability that is often hard to find. The property itself was a wonderful place to live. It was clearly well cared for, and it truly felt like a home rather than just a rental. I’ve had a genuinely lovely time living there, and it’s somewhere I’ll look back on very fondly. Overall, I can’t recommend this estate agency highly enough.

When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.
25th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I was renting with Sonia Estates over 5 years and during the whole contract they were excellent during the entire period. Shah is one of the best agents very cooperative and trustworthy. All kind of problems were sorted with profesionalism in a very short period of time starting from day one until the last day of tenancy. Would honestly recommend to anyone.

29th Jan 2019 (7 years ago)Throughout a very long and complex sale with lots of issues and potential deal breakers, Richard kept us updated and encouraged. He was always prompt to reply to messages by phone or email. He was always honest and upfront, managing our expectations and delivering difficult news appropriately. With a different estate agent we might not have had the energy to see the sale through. Robert played a similar role throughout the initial part of our sale while we kept having to re-adjust the price in a very tricky market. These guys are the real deal, the opposite of a dodgy estate agent cliché, they know their stuff and genuinely care about their clients.

His initial valuation seemed rather high to us and was more than other agents suggested but within 2 weeks of listing it we sold our house for slightly more than that price. My only reservation - their recommended EPC provider was unsatisfactory.

Heartfelt thanks go to Victoria Peters and Laurence Lai for their outstanding professionalism and patient guidance throughout the process of selling my Notting Hill apartment. A friend who has known Laurence for many years first put me in touch with Youhome and from my very first meeting I felt reassured I was in very experienced and knowledgable hands. That impression never wavered. Not only was the marketing of my apartment very professionally done, but throughout the conveyancing process both Laurence and Victoria were extremely helpful, calm, responsive and kind with Victoria always on hand to liaise with the buyer, smoothing the whole process considerably.

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

30th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I’ve been working with Streets Ahead for a number of years for lettings, and recently I had two properties become vacant within a short period, which was understandably stressful. I got in touch with my agent and worked closely with Scott, who acted quickly to find suitable tenants while meeting all my specific requirements. He also identified and suggested improvements to the properties that helped us turn them around efficiently. As a result, both properties were let quickly with minimal void periods. I gave Scott full responsibility for managing the process end-to-end, with minimal involvement from me, and he handled everything exceptionally well. Whenever I had any concerns, we discussed them openly and resolved them promptly. Overall, it’s been a very pleasant and professional working relationship.
