31st Jul 2026 (26 days ago)I have used this letting agency to let my property for the past 20 years, both C Wade and CJones for the first 19 years, I used their letting service, and this year I also chose their property management service.<br>Throughout the years, the service has always been professional and reliable. Chris has been my main point of contact for nearly 20 years and has always been knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. More recently, I've also dealt with Zuzanna and Bailey, who have both been polite, respectful, and extremely helpful. They always respond quickly to any questions or requests, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.<br>I really appreciate the excellent service I've received over the years and would happily recommend this agency to anyone looking for a professional and dependable letting agent.

This is something that I never expected to write in a review for an estate agent and probably something I may never have the pleasure of writing again lol. Jakub was the one who helped us get a flat. He has honestly been nothing short of a godsend.

He helped me both with renting out my property and finding a place to rent, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I highly recommend working with him and ,of course, Winkworth. he is reliable, helpful, and will leave you with an excellent experience.

24th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

5th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)I vacated my property what is now 6 months, I continue to be ignored and left without my deposit. The behaviour is criminal and I would like to warn others before making the same mistake I did in dealing with this company.

Everything they did to help us sell our house was calm, considered and professional, giving us the result we needed.<br><br>Hani and Elizabeth spent time with us explaining their valuation. They knew the local market extremely well and had a detailed understanding of the other properties in the area. They gave us a balanced comparison of the strengths and weaknesses of the competing properties and provided sound advice on the right pricing strategy.<br><br>I'm very glad we chose Coombe Residential. I knew we had made the right decision as soon as I saw the high-quality photographs and marketing materials they produced for our home.<br><br>The team were completely reliable when conducting viewings, and all the prospective buyers they brought through seemed genuine. They were always punctual and consistently provided constructive feedback after each viewing.<br><br>Once they found the right buyer, they guided the legal process and all the other details skilfully, making sure everything stayed on track.<br><br>A big thank you to Hani, Elizabeth, Louise and the whole team at Coombe Residential. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
30th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I've had dealings with quite a few managing agents over the years and sadly I've not been very impressed with their services. Novus seems to be an exception. We engaged them to manage our small block of flats and from the start they have been excellent. They answer emails very quickly and are empathetic to our needs. They are polite and efficient. They genuinely seem to want to help us and the block. We've been using them for 4 months now and I can't really fault them on anything. It's a refreshing change to the usual slow response and indifferent reaction from many other managing agents on the market. I'm very happy to recommend Novus to anyone else looking for a new managing agent.
