3rd Jul 2026 (6 days ago)Charlie was excellent during the letting process — punctual at the viewing, quick to answer questions, never pushy, and responsive throughout the negotiation. Full credit to him; if this review were only about renting the place, it would be five stars.<br><br>Unfortunately my experience as a tenant since moving in has been very different. Because of some rain my flat flooded badly, with dirty water coming through the ceiling and windows into every room. None of the emergency numbers in the tenant handbook were answered that night. In the days and weeks that followed I had to chase repeatedly; deadlines the agency set for itself came and went, and several of my emails — including one flagging what appears to be mould developing on my bedroom wall — went unanswered. Weeks on, the flat still hasn't been repaired or dried out.<br><br>Separately, several maintenance issues that were documented at move-in and promised to be fixed have stayed outstanding for months.<br><br>Great at getting you through the door; much less so at looking after you once you're a tenant.

He understood our requirements, and always had these in mind when we were viewing.<br>We were always comfortable and not show unsuitable properties, advice and local knowledge was always shared with us.<br>For Robert Holmes finding us the right property was not just a matter of getting a sale but finding what was right for us as their client, it has been like being looked after by family.<br>We would highly recommend Robert Holmes, their service and professionalism is outstanding.

30th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Unfortunately, this is not very reliable for several reasons. After using this real estate for a few years and even with some problems in the property. After leaving the house for 4 years waiting for them to remove me from the contract, they didn't do it. Given this, it is for several times getting in touch and solving this situation they did not do it cordially. Emails that are not even answered, calls with yes and no. It is unfortunate because professionalism in any area is very important as well as the responsibility of tenant and agency (since the landlord gives the agency responsibility) and regrettable to have to make this comment because respect is following the law is something they do not do. Remembering that at the time of covid the government imitated a statement about tenant vs landlord in which the rents were paid in full and as an example I always did it in full because I didn't think it was right. Honestly, they have to review the owner who works and deals with the good tenants, not to disassemble the deceased is a lack of professionalism. In addition, after leaving the house they still try to accuse of leaving the house in a miserable state in which this did not even happen because from the beginning (private photos from the delivery of the key to the end of the contract). I don't recommend using this agency because it's not reliable

20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can’t speak highly enough of Albert Grace Estate Agent. The professionalism, knowledge and honesty are very much appreciated and respected. They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

On meeting Hani and Elizabeth, we were immediately impressed with their knowledge of the local market and their genuine warmth, friendliness and down to earth approach. Communication was great throughout, with no unnecessary chasing , as is often the case with other agents. The photo brochure prepared certainly showed our property to its best advantage. All viewings were accompanied by Elizabeth or Hani, who were always punctual. All in all, we received a first class service, and would recommend without hesitation to anyone selling a property in the area.

In almost 20 weeks of being listed with them, we got feedback only a handful of times, and only after chasing. Many emails left ignored, including to the branch manager. Just terrible communication overall so would not recommend.
