13th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)I've been renting a Brian Thomas property for around 1 year now and every interaction I have had has been positive so far. These guys have been fast, responsive and helpful for any request I've had on a range of issues: - new fridge freezer - new washing machine - mattresses - resolving issues with Haringey Council (pain) Chris especially is great. Takes a lot for me to leave a positive review for a letting agents in all honesty so well done Brian Thomas!
30th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)Fantastic. Selling a house can be scary. I'd lived in my house for 33 years and process has changed so much. By Jackie and Marie held my hand the whole way. When I asked for advise it was given in a kind manner not a hard we know best way. Everything was explained so I could understand it. They even spoke to the solicitors for me. I truly felt in safe hand. Our house sold in a good time at the wanted price. Totally recommend them.
26th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Nice decor, polite staff, was seen on time for the appointment. Had a pedicure, on the 3rd of July with a milky white French polish. This came out nice but polish should have started closer to the cuticle as it looked grown out too soon. Pedicure was weak, not enough time spent exfoliating, scrubbing with the pumice or removing dead skin. The heels in particular needed more work. A friend was walking behind me up a flight of stairs and said you need a pedicure, I said "I had one a week ago..." I usually have a pedicure every three months, never needed one a week later...disappointing. I have had pedicures all around the world and this was definitely one of the weakest. Pictures are embarrassing. Un impressed overall.
12th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)We were very confident Rsk was going to sell our flat. They kept trying to make us decrease the price. After 3 months we had an offer very close to our selling price. They dragged the selling process with the buyer for so long (another 4 months) and the buyer started to decrease the price just before the exchange date saying that he didn’t have enough money for the initial offer. Rsk did nothing about it. It seemed that they were working for the buyer and not for ourselves. So the buyer pulled out and we waisted 6 months in all. As some reviews mention they are liars. Their communication during the selling process was appalling. Zak seemed very good though, a shame.

13th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)After 11 years of living in London, we were lucky enough to find this agency, Sonia Estates. We had the pleasure of meeting Kam during the property viewing, and the house was beautiful, located in a quiet and peaceful area.<br><br>Kam was incredibly friendly, showed us around the property, and was also the person who helped us secure the house. Throughout our tenancy, we were never disturbed by unnecessary inspections. Whenever we had an issue, it was dealt with promptly. When we gave notice that we wanted to move out, they were very understanding.<br><br>I have nothing but appreciation for Sonia Estates and would happily recommend this agency. I especially recommend Kam as an agent—he is an amazing person: friendly, professional, calm, and always willing to help. Whenever we needed guidance, he politely explained what we needed to do or who we should contact.<br><br>Thank you very much for your hospitality, and we wish you all the best and continued success in the future! ??????????????????

Her initiative and follow-through were incredible — she anticipated issues before they arose and always did what she said she would, when she said she would. The whole process was efficient and well managed. I'd recommend her without hesitation.

3rd Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I was disappointed by the unprofessional manner of the gentleman who answered the phone when I called to enquire about a property viewing. His attitude did not reflect the high standards I would expect from an otherwise reputable letting company.<br><br>Before discussing my circumstances properly, he assumed that I would not pass the referencing process. Based on my salary, I am confident that I meet the affordability requirements, and if I did not believe I was eligible, I would not have contacted your company in the first place.<br><br>I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future applicants are treated with greater professionalism, respect, and without premature assumptions.

8th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Wasted trip to a viewing. Booked with Kingsbury but the vendor wasn't informed and no estate agent showed up to do the viewing. The vendor happened to be at home and putting out their rubbish. I spoke to them and they said they had not been informed of any viewing booked. When I called the office, got the response 'I'm on a skiing holiday right now, why don't you knock on the door and ask the owner if you can look around'. I informed them that was a dangerous and ridiculous thing to ask a buyer to do. He then said, 'it doesn't look like anyone is coming to do the viewing and I can't get through to them as they are all doing viewings'. Waste of time.
3rd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I can honestly say that the service I received from Hunters , particularly Saif Shefe was outstanding. This is not my first house sale , but by far the best support and service I have experienced to date . As things became bogged down with solicitors, Saif took personal charge and moved things along proactively.. He called me regularly and let me know how things were progressing. He personally negotiated with other parties and cleared many obstacles . True to say he went above and beyond to complete this sale in a very reasonable time frame and at an even more reasonable cost . Many thanks

18th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Johns&Co at London City Island. From our very first conversation, we made it explicitly clear that parking was a requirement for us. We were initially shown a property with parking, shown the parking area itself, and then shown another property which we were told also included parking. Based on those representations, we proceeded and had our offer accepted. Only later did we discover — via a WhatsApp message from the agent Katie — that the property did not in fact include parking and that we would need to rent a space separately. This was clearly material information and something we had specifically stated was essential to our purchase decision. We would never have proceeded had the correct information been provided from the outset. What made the situation worse was the handling afterwards. We were initially told compensation would be offered, but after querying the amount, the local manager Elliot called to say we would receive nothing because the issue had been discovered “early in the process” and he did not believe anyone had done anything wrong. The overall attitude felt dismissive and lacking in accountability. We were left having wasted significant time and effort progressing a purchase based on inaccurate information, and ultimately had no choice but to withdraw. Buyers should be very careful to independently verify all “confirmed” information provided during the sales process.
